Agency of the United States Health and Security Regulations
The FDA or as known as the Food and Drug Administration is one of the oldest agencies departments that serves for the United States Health and Security regulations. On June 30th,1906 the Food and Drugs Act was signed by President Roosevelt which established the FDA. The FDA was created to pause manufacturing and less trading from brands, unknown food supplies as well as drugs, that could potentially harm and affect public health and individuals. FDA is accountable to ensure that all American citizens are being held safely from: food supplies, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, via, etc(FDA Fundamentals).
In the FDA organization, it includes several types of functions that contain four directorates and an office commissioner to be able to lead huge groupings. Some examples of these groupings are: the Office of Operations, Drug Evaluations, Tobacco Products, Food Safety (FDA Fundamentals), and so forth. Each group has various roles to be permitted to help guide the importance of safety.

The FDA is a very well-known agency who investigates and verifies the protection of every component of foods and drugs in order to be marketed to the public. Thus, the position of the FDA is a very important aspect of creating elevated safety regulations for those who would like to introduce their products to the markets and in other countries and to protect the citizens of the United State.
