Analysis Of The Factors Influencing Sports Performance

I will describe five factors that may influence the performance of an athlete.

Age

Age is very important in football. As you get bigger you getting stronger and your thinking is getting to be different as well. Football is obviously very profitable, but when you think that the average football career lasted only eight years, and the player's standard retirement age is only 35, even extravagant welfare levels that may disappear over many decades of footballer's life.

Diet

Eat better by playing better. Premier League football is a dynamic, powerful sport. Professional gamers must be delicate and sporty. They eat a clean, balanced diet with a mixture of healthy vegetables, protein and carbohydrates.

Health

Football health benefits include:

  • Heart Health and Blood Pressure Improvement
  • Muscle mass and bone strength increase for inactive persons
  • Body Fat Reduction
  • Building strength, stamina and speed
  • Learning your brain, improving concentration and coordination
  • Promoting teamwork, social and empowering your confidence.

Motivation

Motivation involves biological, emotional, social and cognitive forces that activate our behaviour. Just motivation is used to describe why we are doing something. Motivation is a great topic for conversation in all sports. It does not matter whether it's scientists, fans or scientists, there is always a solid debate about how and why athletes are motivated to play. For example, if we shoot soccer, many think that players are motivated by money, and that's all that promotes them. But there are some classes that think some players are motivated, work well in their club and play themselves.

Environmental

Environmental is risk factors include ambient temperatures and surfaces performed by athletes. If athletes learn or compete on too heavy or too soft surfaces, this can lead to excessive force in certain joints, tissues and muscles, which may increase the risk of explosions as bloating becomes wet on wet surfaces. In addition, playing uneven surfaces, such as a curved road or road, may increase pressure on one side of the body. An example of an environmental risk factor could be a soccer game on a slippery surface, which allows players to slip too much to a potentially injured player or opponent.

Incorrect technique

Wrong technique. Misuse of the technique is a risk of injury. In addition to sports equipment, incorrect installation, lifting and handling of equipment may pose a risk to those involved. A recurrence of an action that involves an inappropriate method, which results in excessive muscular and tissue transmissions, which causes a large number of injuries, is often repeated. This is an example when playing tennis if a person has a poor bullet technique that increases the risk of tennis elbow.

So there described five factors that may influence the performance of an athlete.
