Brothers Stephen And Seth Curry – The Celebrated Basketball Players Of The National Basketball Association
For some people, the career path that they will trudge is already set for them by fate and providence even before they set foot on earth. It is only natural that Seth Curry, the son of a former NBA player Dell Curry and a former state champion in volleyball Sonya Curry follow the path of active sports which is prevalent in his family. The Curry family sports history does not end there, Seth’s big brother Stephen Curry is one of the highest paid basketball players in NBA while his sister Sydel is a volleyball player. The basketballer joined the 2013 NBA draft as an undrafted player and entered into a non-guarantee contract on the 23rd of August 1990 with the Golden State Warriors. He is currently playing for the Portland Trail Blazers of the NBA but has made admirable previous records with NBA teams like; the Dallas Mavericks, Sacramento Kings, Phoenix Suns, Santa Cruz Warriors, Erie BayHawks, Memphis Grizzlies and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Before going professional, Seth made a McDonald's All-American nominee during his high school years at Charlotte Christian School. He played collegiate basketball with Duke Blue Devils though he spent one year with the Liberty Flames of Liberty University before joining Duke. In 2009, he played in the United States National team at the FIBA Under-19 World Championship in New Zealand where his team defeated Greece 88-80.

Dell left outstanding career statistics as an ex-professional basketballer in the National Basketball Association. Both Seth’s dad and mum Sonya where known athletes at Virginia Tech where his mum played volleyball while his dad played basketball. Sonya also made name as a state champion in volleyball. During his formative years, the young Seth along with his older brother loved to go to the games with their dad and they enjoyed shooting around with the team during warm-up sessions. Stephen made the records as a two-time NBA MVP winner and is currently aiming for bigger things in his career. Seth’s sister is an ex-volleyball player who made name during her years in Elon University in the volleyball sports. Important to note that when set played basketball as a fresh man at Liberty University, he wore the same shirt number (30) that both his brother and dad wore in their different careers.
