In the motion, film of coach carter the vision of the coach was to player to live their life with pride and achieve a successful life. He motivated his team to work among group and play for the school.

When he was, appoint as a coach for the basketball team, knowing that, the team was ill manner he accepted the help his students to achieve excellence not only in basketball but also in the academic. He was ambitious and successful man who have tasted life’s different taste. He wanted his challenge, which also helped his living also. Analyze the behavior of his each player and made an agreement. Carter always needed to show his players new strategies in spite of the way that a part of the player didn't clung to his way of teaching, he continually understands the habits in which that they ought to hold fast to his rules in any way. As we found in the movie, players for each situation needed to play the diversion just to win. He analyze the requirement and the ability of his players and accordingly he trained them to achieve the success of his players. He introduce an agreement, which was mandatory to sign to stay in the team. The agreement states that each player should go to the classes on standard duration and should sit on first bench and achieve at least C+ grade else, he will terminate the player from the basketball. He also asked the professors to give the report of his players to identify weather they are following the contract or not. With the ultimate objective to induce his players he always used to discuss his own events, the lessons learn from his life, he use to share his personal experience to teach them. With his life lessons player got familiar with the future occurring circumstances.

The vision of the coach was to unite the player so that they work as a team for the game and taste the success with the help of each other. With his help, each player came out of their turtle shell and work hard for their better future. Carter motivated and forced his team to be dedicated for their goal. He also achieve the result effectively and with their hard work, they were winning the games. Example Carter use to punish them for their ill behavior like if any team member is late for the practice will have to do the suicide and if the player his misbehaving he will have to do the pushups. This help the player to be in discipline and achieve the strength for the game.

Ethics

Coach Carter was serious with his living tactics and morals, he always believe in give respect and take respect. He prefer to call everyone ‘Sir’ or ‘mam’ rather than calling them by their name. He believe that if he will treat everyone with respect his team players will learn from him the technique for pride and they will respect others.

The ethics of the coach relates to kidder’s principles for resolving ethical dilemmas:

Ends-based thinking: which states that to do things in favor of large group of people. Also known as utilitarianism. Example: when carter introduce the contract Timo Cruz oppose it, he was about to punch Carter but carter hold his arm back and push him against the wall. This lead to loss of three good players of the team. This incident shows he has control on his emotions and knows how to react for the situation. His agreement shows he was thinking for the future of his players.

Rule based thinking: carter followed his duties with dedication. He stand with his duties even knowing that he has no support. Everyone was against him but he never give up and stand for his player’s welfare.

Care-based thinking: Carter wanted his players to have a successful future therefore, he forced him to focus on academic and achieve C+ grade because he knew that the system of school was not in favor of the players. According to carter, the system of the school wanted to graduated only few and rest student end their life as a criminal. He wanted his players to be a good position and give their life a goal. Therefore, he forced to obtain good grades, graduate from school, and get into college. He locked the gymnasium and stopped the practice to induce his players into academic. He urge for the help from the school system for his players to achieve good grades. He stand with his morals and got success in achieving the trust of his team and later his team supported him. Richmond lose the precious game because of his decision of locking the gym but this does not broke the strength of carter to stand for his goal. He was ready to leave his job but was not ready to compromise with his decision.

Leadership effectiveness

We acknowledge that the group was winning the matches the players were enjoying the success of the team. The team was breaking all his records and it won the Bay Hill Holiday tournament. Team celebrates its success with a girl at her house by seeing this carter criticize his players for their reckless behavior, this makes Cruz oppose his coach. Soon coach discovers the progress report of his team from their respective professors this enlighten that the players were missing classes and were very poor with their academic. This lead to locking the gym and stopping the practice for the players. Due to this activity, the parents and academic personals criticize carter and he quit the job and was force to open the gym. Coach was transformational leader he changed his player’s attitude towards studies and life, which make the players to focus on the academic and build their strong foundation. Coach also show the situational leadership as he change the system of the school and shape it in favor of his players. He fight for his player’s welfare and their rights. He locked the gym and went against the system for his player’s better future. He motivated them to focus on studies, he use to tell him stories to inspire them for their better future. He help the players to identify their potential to study and develop their vision. His agreement focus on win all games and also concentrate well on studies for their bright future.

Group was wishing to achieve something incredible and most of the participated with the ultimate objective to achieve incredible checks in studies and achieve a remarkable future ahead. As found in the film Coach Carter constantly offered significance to his work. At all he assumes for his colleagues or he promises them to do. Manner by which he manages his stuff he was never viewed as critical at first look. For sure, even the indispensable of the school used to take off enhancements in his strategies for living and benchmarks. So all above of it, Carter never used to revolve around such things. All that he was extraordinarily stressed over was the way by which to impact his players to surpass desires on and off the field.
