I have always wanted to work with people to contribute meaningfully since my high school, which leads me to study human recourse knowing that it will create me with the opportunity to do what I love which is interacting with people especially in an organizational setting. My approach to management is simple as I strive to be the kind of leader I have always wanted to work for and the type of leaders I am presently working with. I am very interested in the position and enthusiastic about the opportunities it presents. I believe the combination of my academic, professional work experience, voluntary work and passion will make me a good fit for the position.

I have studied some aspect of law with the concentration on various agreements, especially human right code, employment law, policy, and principles. I have also studied and done some research on a professional level which the acquired skills include finding facts, and loopholes that could be forgotten or may not have been thought off. In my current position with the Public Services Commission, part of my responsibility involves working on folders by identifying gaps, issues and developing creative solutions to help me better serves our clients. To recommend and develop solutions to promote best practice and easy transition for succession purpose, I also manage the costs related to the folder to ensure that the revenue and expenses are balanced.

With regards to the qualification of a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, in 2013, I was in a review committee that restructured job requirements and job descriptions for all position as a Human Resource Assistant with Kapeun Limited. My role encompasses consultation with human resources specialist, senior leaders, and recruitment agencies to draft legislation and policies as it involves the recruitment and acquisitions of talents to the organization. Which I am under the impression that these skills can be transferred to the skills needed to perform Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant duties. Furthermore, I liaise with managers and supervisors to interview and evaluate the employee’s performance for assessment purposes. I believe these experiences will help me succeed in the position. Over the years, I have worked closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), specialist, managers and unskilled laborers. These experiences have enhanced my appreciation of the importance of interpersonal skills, active listening, time management, prioritizing and client-centered orientation towards successful project completion. My strong communication; analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge of computer technology make me a strong candidate for the position.

I have been described as a very hardworking and reliable individual. I pay attention to details, identify and provide innovative solutions to issue before it escalates and I am always willing to learn new things and take on new challenges which I believe my current superiors can testify to this.
