The matter that is now puzzling officials of the Ministry of Science is that, what can be done to convince those students who have received loans to repay? In fact, one of the concerns of the Ministry of Science is that, what to do with some delinquent debtors? Iranian students, for example, have about $ 130 billion in arrears and about 300,000 of them are still in debt. Of course, the number of students who have borrowed and finished their studies is higher, but now more than 300,000 graduates are still owed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science. While debt students do not apply to repay their loans, the fund will not be able to provide new students with facilities.

Increasing demand for loans as costs increase

And as long as the debtors have no incentive to repay the loan and the importance of this is not proven to legislators, this problem will not be resolved and we have to come up with new solutions to this problem because the number of students is increasing every year and the fund also gets less and less with this kind of refund.
