First, the leaders set high expectations both for individual and others thus, promoting achievement of the set individual or organizational behavioral standards or exceeding expectations on extreme cases. Secondly, demonstration of personal excitement characteristics enhance energization to facilitate consistence success pattern. Moreover, charismatic leaders inspire others by giving them support with much confidence. However, Charismatic leadership becomes regarded as a type of interpersonal attraction that requires support and acceptance. For instance, the crucial elements of charismatic leadership are forms of influence that are based on the personal charisma of the leader. The main aim of the paper is to critically identify three crucial elements of charismatic leadership.

Charismatic leaders energize people by demonstrating personal confidence, personal excitement and ensuring a consistent pattern of success as demonstrated by both John Paul Dejoria (Avolio, Bruce & Francis 174). Most of success cases directly link to hard work, which later results into giving back (donations) through organizations like Food4Africa initiative. According to research conducted by Avolio, Bruce & Francis (2016), charismatic leaders represents movers and shakers who empower others to perform beyond expectations (174). The leaders tend to transform associated followers to make individual sacrifices for the sake of performance (175). In order to promote the mission and vision statements, the leaders ensure having relevant confidence skills alongside need to largely impact others in the society (177). Moreover, charismatic leaders have the skills to effectively articulate, accelerate and express goals that are ideal to the followers (178).

Avolio, Bruce & Francis (2016) directs that charismatic leaders predict future trends and patterns hence set high expectations both for themselves and others hence ensure they behave in appropriate ways so that they can meet or exceed those expectations (178). The leaders are the best role models since they are excellent in setting a personal example and more important, capable of displaying traits and behaviors that are congruent with the mission that they tend to espouse (177). However, the behavior becomes evident through presentation of self-confidence, focus and persistence in expediting changes in an organization. Notably, demonstrating focus and assurance by behaving appropriately ensures achievement of different institutional purpose. Mass inspiration accrues to provision of both supportive activities alongside empathizing in more firm manner (174). Nevertheless, the confidence drives development and building of much positive image on the followers’ eyes. The latter symbolizes potential or capability to express confidence while performing at top most management level. Charismatic leaders engage themselves in risk taking because it is one of the ways that demonstrate their commitment to both visions and values (175). Moreover, they are strong communicators and they use powerful language. Powerful language and communication get recognized as an essential need when the leaders are formulating and expressing the visions for future planning.

The most crucial aspect that charismatic leaders should have is communicating high expectations regarding performance of the supporters and more important express a lot of confidence in their followers. The heads have some essential skills such us a lot of confidence in their beliefs and more important a strong need to influence people. Moreover, charismatic leadership is a type of interpersonal attraction that requires support and acceptance. For instance, the crucial elements of charismatic leadership are forms of influence that are based on the personal charisma of the leader. More positive behavior projection supporting the values, mission, and vision of the organization becomes directly proportional to attribute relating to individual confidence and persistence levels in promotion of applicable and possible organizational transition process. In addition, provision of support allows for motivation among teams performing tasks in the workplace.
