First, I am going to talk about Utilitarian, this behavior is used by the good in people. This approach is use for the greatest good using financial performance like profit and efficiency. This approach strives to accomplish good by creating the least of harm. It portrays equality when it comes to their decision making. Any outcome that comes out of this approach may be viewed as preferences with short and long terms actions. This approach relies on statistics and assessments where it may involve a group of stakeholders.

Second, the individual approach is known to be self-interest. This can also result in everyone’s interest and it may not be good for the company long term. It portrays your opinion and thoughts over that situation or adjustment. It can also be a way of Egoism, is a theory that one’s self should be the goal of one’s own actions. Some companies have that flaw to be egoistic and this tent to bring bad publicity to companies making consumers not purchase or even make business with them.

Third, is Moral Rights, an ethical behavior that is guided through fundamental rights of human beings. This includes the Constitution’s Bill of Rights, compromises the first ten amendments to the US Constitution and it was established in 1791guaranteeing freedom of speech, assembly and worship. This approach indicates that the individual has the right and liberty that cannot be taken away by the individual’s decision. Which means that regardless of the decision that is made, the decision has to fall within the rights of the individual.

Lastly, the last approach is Justice. Justice is the equality of being righteousness, it’s a claim on truth and principle. This approach is guided by unprejudiced standers of equality and fairness. Its known to be that the US does not have a fair justice system, in many cases their innocent people either put in jail or deported because our legal system is not equal, and this can even go all the way to racism. This approach can also be known as favoritism giving benefits to some people without a justifying reason. It portrays discrimination on people that are different than others making the justice system wrong.

Such ethical situations have risen in society and there has not been a stable compromise. It appears that when someone alters their cognitive functions or even enhances their brain capabilities, considering values and morals are involved. Ethical situations will always be a part of life’s experience. At some point in our lifetime we may experience the issue. When faced with these difficult dilemmas one must take into consideration the greater good for all. Knowing how to best resolve difficult moral and ethical dilemmas is never easy.
