Facts Which Prove The God's Existence
Introduction
It is quite obvious and rational that nothing can be made on its own. When we look at a watch, we do have in mind that someone has made it. Similarly, if we look at a building, the idea of an architect comes to our mind. So it is quite clear that everything around us is created by someone or some magnificent force. If we observe the nature around us, from the greatest mountains, the hills, the lakes the seas, and even our own selves, one cannot ignore the fact that there is a higher power that has created all this and everything around us justifies the existence of a greater power God. The concept of God is embedded in the minds of people but covered with the veils of confusion. Therefore, people look for evidence and proof to have faith in the existence of God.
Existence of One God
From ancient times, there have been many believers who believe that everything is because of God. However, many people believe in the existence of more than one God. This belief can be denied by stating that if there were more than one God, there wouldn’t be any sort of harmony in this world and everything would result in chaos and destruction. Proof of existence of God: God does exist but what is the proof that He really exists? It takes greater faith to believe that an unseen God exists than it does to just dismiss Him because you cannot physically confirm that He is there. Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one Unit of Creation), before We clove them asunder?
There are many examples that justify the existence of God. A few of them are described below: Take a good look around. When most people look at the world around them, they see only the trees; and not the great forest. It should be obvious that God exists because of His creation, not only us humans, but the world we live in, the galaxy that world is in, and the universe that the galaxy is in. Our universe contains too much order for our existence to have been created out of chaos. We are complex beyond our imaginations and when you look at such a complexity, you see God and His creation. Take a good look inside yourself. Most people fail to look inside themselves for God. Instead, they look to their surroundings and search God and cannot see how magnificent they themselves are and must be created by someone way more supreme. Humans like other animals are made from a single cell, which divides to make tissues, muscles, organs and when all of these are unite in a particular order, they result in an organism that is capable of doing greater things.
Man is the greatest of God’s creation, it is because God has blessed man with intellect and knowledge. It is to keep in mind that we are all born with an innate knowledge of what is right and wrong. Even a young child knows that when they misbehave they are doing something that goes against their parents’ wishes. The knowledge of good and evil comes from God. It was put there to keep us in balance and to allow us to understand why we need to come to God for forgiveness. This gives us the idea that we have been created by a real God and that He is watching over us and observing our actions.“He has created man, He has taught him speech (and intelligence), and the sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed!”
Existence of God and Science
Discoveries in astronomy have shown beyond a reasonable doubt that the universe did, in fact, have a beginning. There was a single moment of creation. Advances in molecular biology have revealed vast amounts of information encoded in each and every living cell, and molecular biologists have discovered thousands upon thousands of exquisitely designed machines at the molecular level. Information requires intelligence and design requires a designer. Biochemists and mathematicians have calculated the odds against life arising from non-life naturally via unintelligent processes. The odds are astronomical. In fact, scientists aren't even sure if life could have evolved naturally via unintelligent processes.
If life did not arise by chance, how did it arise? Philosophers agree that a transcendent Law Giver is the only plausible explanation for an objective moral standard. Since we have an ability to choose between right and wrong and our conscience points to the existence of our Creator. People of every race, creed, color, and culture, both men and women, young and old, wise and foolish, from the educated to the ignorant, claim to have personally experienced something of the supernatural. The claim that's often made isn't merely that Earth is unlikely; it's that our planet, with the confluence of circumstances that gave rise to us, is statistically impossible, even given all the stars and galaxies in the Universe.
The emergence of intelligent life is so outlandishly unexpected, given all the factors that needed to occur in just the right particular order, that our Universe must have been designed specifically to give rise to us. Otherwise, the argument goes, the odds of us coming to be would be so infinitesimally small that it’s unreasonable to believe it could have happened by chance. A universe that would be hospitable to the appearance of life must conform to some very strict conditions: Everything from the mass ratios of atomic particles and the number of dimensions of space to the cosmological parameters that rule the expansion of the universe must be just right for stable galaxies, solar systems, planets, and complex life to evolve and only God Almighty has the power to do so.
Islam and God
It has been proved that Islam is a complete religion and it is the religion in which Muslims believe in the oneness of God. As stated in Surah Al Ikhlaas: “Say: He is Allah, the One and Unique; Allah, Who is need of none and of Whom we are all in need; He is neither begot any nor was he begotten, and none is comparable to Him.” Miracles and existence of God A miracle is defined to be something that is not possible naturally. Miracles are not something that are ordinary and therefore only God has the power to make them happen. Prophets and their miracles: One of the most dramatic miracles took place in Mecca when the disbelievers once challenged The Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) to perform a miracle. He was inspired by God to point to the moon, which split into two completely separate halves. It remained that way for some time, before eventually converging back together. The disbelievers couldn’t believe their eyes, calling it ‘magic’. However, this miraculous supernatural event was a crystal-clear sign that the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) was indeed a prophet of God.
A clear miracle is that the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) did not know how to read or write. However, when God tasked him with prophet hood at the age of 40 and began revealing the Quran to him, the Arabs were enthralled by the extreme expression and unique regular style of its verses. It was completely different and far superior to any literary work known to them. This wasn’t just the opinion of the followers of the Holy Prophet; even one of his harshest enemies, al-Waleed ibn al-Mugheerah, reluctantly admitted to the Quran’s greatness: “By God! The words brought forth by this man are such as to be incomparable with any of the others. By God! His words possess a charming sweetness and a particular beauty it is superior to all other discourses.”
Hazrat Ibraheem was also blessed with a miracle when he did not believe in the idols as done by his people and it was decided by the people to punish him by throwing him in the fire when they found out about him destroying their idols. However, the fire did not burn Ibraheem and did not affect him at all, as Allah The Almighty ordered it not to burn him. Allah The Almighty Says (what means): {They said, "Burn him and support your gods - if you are to act. "Allah Said, "O fire, be coolness and safety upon Abraham." And they intended for him harm, but We Made them the greatest losers.} These are only a few miracles which made many people believe in the existence of God. Many people became the believers of God because of these miracles and one cannot deny the fact that only God has the power to make these miracles happen.
Conclusion
The most significant proof that justifies the existence of God is the creation of mankind himself. Man has been gifted by intellect and knowledge to discover the hidden truths of this universe that ultimately lead to having firm faith in the existence of God. It is completely illogical and irrational to think that all these creations and everything around us does not have a creator. Therefore, the existence of God is quite obvious if one tries to see and observe everything around him and God’s existence does not need any evidence.
