Human Rights - the Most Important Ideal of the Declaration of Independence

The Declaration of Independence was written for the people to feel secure and honest with their government. This document has its own history and consequences, so to analyse the Declaration of Independence is the aim for this essay - here we will find why this document is so important for americans. The Arab Spring was a sequence of anti-government protests, armed rebellions, and uprisings. Spreading in North America and the Middle east. The civilians wanted a new government, there was a high rate of unemployment and didn’t have a voice. People are having a hard time finding their voice to talk about the problems in the world. There were some cases in which the people overthrew their government to start a new one that suited their needs. Although some may disagree, the most important ideal of the Declaration Of Independence is the right for people to overthrow the government because without a government that most to all people can be on the side of it will be chaotic and citizens need to start speaking up about the type of government they want that suits their basic needs.

Places that are chaotic are not very well review and traveled to if there is no one to run it with pride and fairness. Carol Moore wrote a report on the Declaration Of Independence and said “This movement was launched in 2003 by people who were angry about the bigness of the federal government. The goal was to return Vermont into an independent status it had between 1777-1791 before it joined the Union.” To summarize the people in Vermont are trying to fix the government by peaking up for their beliefs. It is important to know this because if the public agrees that the government has its major flaws and would like to change them. Change can be a good thing especially if it’s for a good cause that would affect everyone in a positive way. According to Article Declaration of Tea Party Independence, “As the course of human events winds its way through History, it has found some paths lead to Tyranny and some to Liberty.” In other words, throughout history without help humans have made the economy worse. Although, not all changes were negative the human population did in fact get the right to some liberty. In that same article, it also states “In seeking a path to liberty, a great and powerful movement is now rising from every corner of our land.” Summing up, across every corner in the United States or even the world there is always a new beginning and a satisfying ending. From falling hard to rising up with great power and dignity, life will be fair but not too fair. This is important because when its least expected it will be rewarded with greatness. Places can be chaotic but not very well review and traveled to often if there is no one to run it with pride and fairness then what is it?.

The second reason why the most important ideal from the Declaration Of Independence is rights because citizens are starting to speaking up about the type of government they want that suits their basic needs. Carol Moore posted a photo of an American flag with words on it in her report. Saying “Right of the people to alter or abolish government” Declaration Of Independence 1776.” In a brief explanation, this statement means that people have the right to abolish or alter the government according to the DOI. It is only right to alter or abolish a government when there is a new foundation on it. Article Declaration of Tea Party Independence “Created by the will of the American People, it rejects unconstitutional domination by the Government that is supposed to be its servant. This movement has arisen, in large part, because our elected officials have failed us…. ” The American People created the declaration of Independence, not Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Roger Sherman, Robert R. Livingston. Well, at least it was written by them physically. Not everything is about equality, there could be equality but not if there’s an awful government.

In conclusion, americans have come a long way to find themselves in a place they are now. Major milestones following American history are inscribed in the number of documents, to which people refer in pursue of freedom and happiness. Some of the most significant of them is the Declaration of Independence. This document, serving as a catalyst for creating the American nation in 1776, is a splendid example of celebrating freedom. While it was not common for people in the 18th century to talk about equality, the Declaration of Independence introduced this notion to the broad public. However, while millions of people across the globe look up to the American Promise, Americans themselves cannot cope with this belief.
