Then, as good leader behaviour is must have a professional skill for example from how we thinking, problem solving and handling stress. Be a good leader professional skill and thinking ways is very importance because it shows us true leader can face this entire thing in professional ways of managing and developing.
Effective communication helps keep the team working on the right projects with the right attitude. If we communicate effectively about expectations, issues and advice, your team member will be more likely to react and meet your goals. In doing a good communication it can connect good relationships among of team member. Example, meeting by doing meeting is the best way to communicate with team member. Not every problem can be solved by the same solution. By being flexible to new ideas and open-minded enough to consider them, you increase the likelihood that you will find the best possible answer. You will set a good example for your team and reward good ideas. Set a clear vision also the most importance thing as a leader from the vision we can see into the future what we want and what we want to achieve in future planning. Clear vision mean what thing leader really want to achieve because as a leader they know want they really want and know what is the best in the future.
