Master of Public Administration: My Choice and Achievements
To start with, this is MPA personal statement essay. From my childhood days, I always want to be a leader and serve the community. I have worked hard to study in my school and college days. I have done my graduation from Dr. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR MARATHWADA UNIVERSITY in the year 2002 where I have taken the field of Electronics and Telecommunication. For the duration of my undergraduate course in university, I was highly dedicated student and put a complete focus over my studies.
At my Endeavour to complete my education, I got immense support from my family members and I got a great opportunity to get invaluable knowledge from faculty members of the educational institute. After completion my graduation, I had started my career as an Apprentice Trainee in Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (West) in the discipline of Standards and Calibration. Subsequently, I worked for various NABL Accredited Testing and Calibration Laboratories as Test Engineer from April 2004 to December 2011 and enriched with extensive experience of Quality Assurance and Quality Control as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards. I am result oriented with more than 5.5 years experience in Electronics, Electrical and Thermal Test and Metrology, Troubleshooting, service and marketing. I have teaching experience as Computer Faculty in ACES INFOTECH (P) Ltd. and have project management experience in TRANSTEK SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd. I got motivation to become a future leader by the extensive experience from my previous employers to understand and solve the problems of human being. The curriculum of Master of Public Administration has attracted my attention to dedicate myself in the management of local and state government. Through this global program of Master of Public Administration, I will be able to fulfill the specific goals of the society with the implementation of government project and planning.
Those factors influenced me to take the subject of Master of Public Administration are the top tier curriculum that convert a management student into a successful public servant. My professional goal is to achieve a desired career with professional standards to improve the life of community through my education and experience. I seek the admission to Master of Public Administration program to gather the management knowledge and exceptional leadership skills to engage in the activities of coalitions of government. My plan is to take challenges as a public servant to the interest of public and to be competent to excel that my education in Master of Public Administration would be beneficial. Political Science was the field of interest for me to carry on a successful professional career in the government which is my long term goal. The decision to continue my education in Master of Public Administration program which is very much fascinating and important for a country is highly encouraged by the family members. A Master degree in Administrative science will equip me with the understanding and the required skills for managerial functions of Public sector and will give me a global exposure to the practice of Administrative Science.
Overall, I can do my very best to transform this gain into accomplish the objectives of my country in the future. After completion of Master of Public Administration coursework, I will be competent enough to take the challenges to strengthen the economy for my country. I am expecting that I can fulfill the extensive requirement of Master of Public Administration and will be considered for the program.
