My Autobiography: A Personal Journey to Achieving Goals
Hello everyone, my name is Lina Sha and in my autobiography essay I want to share my autobiography today. My major is hospitality of management, and I am going to transfer to UNLV next year to complete my bachelor's degree. Most of my family members, including my mother, are in China, and now I live with my father. I was born on September 30, 1997, in Nanchang, China. Nanchang is a state-list famous historical and culture city, and is also the birthplace of China's aviation industry. I am honored to be a Chinese, because China has many of my favorite food and beautiful tourist attractions. May 20, 2009 is the day I will never forget in my life, because this is my first time to leave China and come to America. It also is my first time to travel abroad. I have a lot of hobbies, I like listening to music, watching movies, playing games, and one of my favorite is travel.
Body
Travel can relieve me of stress, relax my body and mind, broaden my horizons, and the main thing is to reflect on everyday mediocrity and laziness, which is why I like to travel. The day I came to the United States was also the day of my journey to the New world. For me, the United States is a strange and desirable country. The first trip in the United States was to go to Miami with my family. In Miami, we choose to rent a car as our transport. This car took us to the sunny beaches, national parks, museums, bustling streets, shopping malls and enjoy delicious food. This trip is completely different from the way I used to travel in China. The second memorable trip was that I went to Los Angeles with my friends after I was 18 years old. We went to Universal Studios, Hollywood, the Observatory, and some famous sights. This trip can be regarded as the first time I did not travel with my family, only with my friends. This summer is the third most memorable trip of my life, it is to go to Japan with my friends. For the first time to travel with friends to another new country. Japan is one of the countries I have always wanted to go to. Japanese architecture, streets, temples, culture, and food are all I have ever wanted to touch because I have always felt that Japan and other cities are not the same feelings, it is more like a fairy tale world.
The meaning of travel to me is to find myself and enrich my life experience. The destination itself is not important, and the most important thing is whether the journey can trigger a feeling of inside. In a new city and environment, travel can make people forget any annoyance and unhappiness. On the road of travel, we will meet all kinds of people, and also we can make a lot of friends. It is also one of the pleasures of travel.
During the winter break, I hope I can have extra money to travel to other cities. But in my future life, I want to travel around the world with my family, and to see more beautiful and unknown places. Life is a journey. It was full of unknowns and adventures. Everyone's life is wonderful and full of challenges. I want to use travel to paint my Wonderful life.
Conclusion
As I said in the beginning, I was born in China and now live in Las Vegas. My favorite is traveling, and I hope to travel around the world in the future. Perhaps the meaning of travel is different for everyone, but the pursuit of freedom and the relaxation of the mind is constant. The best thing about traveling is not how many friends you make, how many views you've seen, it's how you can get to know yourself again. Travel is actually a process of knowing yourself, by experiencing a completely different new life, and thus knowing the new self. I hope that through my speech today, it can make every one of you feel the charm of travel. I want to say that time is very precious, do not waste time. Let your life be enriched. In the end, I want to say thank you for listening to my autobiography.
