Each student has its ability. The ability to choose their own way. Abilities are what students can do, and not their style of doing it. Ability has its different type, one of this is cognitive ability. According to its definition, it involves tasks that are primarily mental and not physical. Some psychologist has always been concerned with the work. However, career development has received less attention in the mainstream literature. It says that most people today choose academic because they don’t have enough budget for the career choices. That is each students require “thinking some mental manipulation of information or ideal.

In the overview of Philip and Jome they state that, “Within the career development literature, the career decision making process of students received much theoretical and empirical attention”. Thus, that most students required much attention of their parents and should guide them on what vocational track they are chosen for. A career maybe thought of as a long-term project for individual life. Career cannot be achieve in just a minute, hour, day, or weeks, it takes time and it needs perseverance and sacrifice.

According to Weiler (1997), a successful career seldom happens by chance with very few exceptions, people who really get what they want in a career because they defined their objectives and assume personal responsibility for implementing and obeying this plans.

John L. Holland, as cited by staunt (2015), claimed that both people and work environments can be categorized and then matched with each other. Holland’s theory aims to differentiate people according to what kind of work they are most interested. In Holland’s words”… people tend to act on their dominant interest and seek occupations in which their interest can be expressed. ”

There is a need for a holistic framework for greening TVET that includes development of values and attitudes (Pavlova, in press). According to pavlova, the while the industry is slow in re-orienting itself towards greening, government is playing a crucial role in developing Technical And Vocational And Training towards the needs of the economy of a country, and for the individuals. Denis Waitley’s statement is just saying that we are the one who will choose our career and not the government, the people must know how to follow their hearts.

Covey (1932), American Author. We humans are just flowing like a reed, we must follow our will, our hearts, and we must have the determination in taking our own career. Humans must choose the right path, they must go where it can make them improve higher and higher. Humans must not go to the path that can lead them to punishment, suffering and violence.
