Portrait of My Family: A Brief Narrative Description
Most people in the world are lucky to have families. A family that can share all the joys and sorrows with you, guide you through your growing years, and accompany you in the most difficult situations. I am also very lucky to have such a family. The topic that I chose sounds like “what is family for you essay”, so now I'll write a short essay about family.
My family is one of the strangest families in the world. We are four people, my mother, father, younger brother and me. Although my father lives from work, my mother owns this house. My father is a humble man. He is an official of a government department. My mother is a housewife. Our studies are run by our mother, because my father is often busy with official duties and they even travel together for a few days. When he is not at home, we will miss him. He never scolded us. But our mother is just the opposite. He wants us to be disciplined and often scolds us. However, our father came to save us most of the time. My brother is still in school and is my favorite person to be with him. Not because I like to play with him, but because as a sister, I like to coach him and show him who is stronger at home. Once, when our mother told him to obey her sister, he seemed helpless. I like that moment. But not every day is the same. I hate learning all the time and he plays more than me.
This should be an essay for family description, but I believe that the environment of the home can say a lot about the family that lives there. Basically we have a calm environment at home. After school, we spend our time studying, playing games and watching television, which, of course, our mother does not like. Unlike other couples, my mother and father rarely fight. In fact, when we saw that the dispute was brewing, one of them withdrew, and rarely saw the intense dialogue between them. This is what I like most about them because I think my parents are great. Only my brother and I like to fight. However, we know that behind these quarrels, it is actually our love for each other that brings us together. I just like to spend time with my parents and brothers at home. I'm sorry, my brother and I will continue our professional life tomorrow, we can't spend too much time together, how bad it would be. However, today's memories will always be with me, and when I'm in a bad mood, I always have a smile on my face.
