Looking at aims those are different then Zara are these ones, their aims is to lead the Quick service, other aims are keeping cost low, bring some different twist in their items (food) as usually they try to do, serve in friendly & fun environment. In this paragraph, I’ll talk about similarities that are quiet clear. Both of these companies meet their customers’ demands and needs. Both of them are ethical in each way, both of them use three R’s; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Zara use less water and energy.

Going to the point of costumers, Zara listen to their customers what they want, and get it to them as faster possible they can. Zara always put costumers first, listen to their opinions, and give importance to their feedback. And satisfy the desires of their customers. McDonalds look after their costumers wants and needs, as they have customers of different ages, they meet their demands, for kid they have different menu then adults, they introduced the menu in the way in which a kid would eat healthy and enjoy food. They have play area for kids to enjoy the meal. Not only they have fast-food, they also serve healthy food for people with health consciousness.

At last but not least both of these companies use the same method to keep their customer in touch and good relationship with friends.
