Sustainability as the Key for Supporting Global Food Security - Essay
Sustainability is common sense, survival of the fittest. Every creature fights to live, to sustain its life. And gloval food security exists when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life. We humans just have a brain that gives us more options. This is global food security essay where the topic will be considered within the concept of sustainability.
Sustainable development we often hear when talking about the economy. Because you have the prosperity of indestructible or neglected things that will be needed in the next generation so that they can survive and prosper. Then for the Global food security is one of the problem of our country that many of us is suffering from this.
When it comes to global food security, we can't deny it comes first our mind is hunger. So one of the problem of the global food security is hunger that we all know that the number of people in the world who are experiencing hunger is increasing. That is why the number of people who have nothing to eat and cannot find food resources continues to increase. Just like in our daily lifestyle we can't deny that sometimes especially now that there is a pandemic of many spreading viruses we are short of our daily food resources. My father did not have a permanent job, so we could have an adequate supply of food.
In terms of sustainable development, that now is extremely important for not just the development of the economy but ensuring the survival of the entire community. So my family has the biggest concern about what our Community cares about. Where in our life that my mother tell that there are actually many easy ways to become more sustainable, like as simple as using a coffee mug every day instead of a disposable cup to something as big as implementing an energy conserving heating system in a large company building. The thing that we are doing is using reusable grocery bags
In this topic I realized that education is key to ensuring that people utilize the right and nutritious food that satisfies their needs at different stages of life and at the same time they support global food security.We need to develop our economies and culture sustainably, because if we don't, we will destroy our environment. If we use up all the resources waste fully and intelligently, we will die off, it is really as simple as that. We need to develop sustainably so that our children and their children can live comfortably and so that they can continue to advance the technologies and achievements of the human race.
