The Analysis Of Pakistan According To Their Employment Standard & Agricultural Activity

It is given the idea of HDI which is using the statistical tool for measuring a country’s achievement that can be a social and economic dimension of a country which is related to health of people, education and their standard of living. It is also defined three major concept of economic which is life expectancy, education and per capita. Per capita income measures the income which is earned by per person in a given area such as city, state and country in a specified year. It is calculated by dividing the area's total income by its total population.

Pakistan History

Pakistan got freedom in 1947 and was a middle class agricultural country. Mainly Pakistan’s more growth rate happened in first five decades, has been higher growth rate of the world economy during the same period.1960 average annual GDP growth rate was 6.8 and in the 1970 growth rate was decline 4.8 and 6.5 in the 1980 but average annual growth rate fell down in 1990 it was only 4.6 with significantly lower growth of the second half of that decade.

Pakistan Employment

Pakistan is a high young population country and its population growth is increasing from past few decades. Pakistan’s very large number of young people is now entering in labor market and some new organization is hiring more jobs in the field. Prime minister took a remarkable initiative for a youth program to remove unemployment in the country. This program has started for youth and poor segment of society to get better employment opportunities economic empowerment to acquiring skill for getting a productive job.

Instead of this scheme many other programs also is giving by prime minister such as prime minister’s youth business loan scheme, prime minister’s interest free loan scheme, prime minister’s youth skill development program, prime minister’s program for provision of laptop to talented students, prime minister’s fee reimbursement scheme, prime minister’s youth training scheme. Because of these schemes approximately 4.5 million people are employed.

Unemployment

Unemployment is wider problem in Pakistan and many economists are trying to solve it but its main cause population and it is demanding wise leadership to solve it. In the Pakistan deserving candidates are not getting job and the person with safarish easily gets job of their choice. Pakistan’s another reason is number of industries is not increasing so that shortage of capital is an important cause of unemployment in developing country like Pakistan. The population of Pakistan is increasing about 2per annum due to this more than one million people enter in the job market every year.

Pakistan Agriculture

Pakistan is depends on agriculture because it has many rivers that gives it many types of crop like as wheat, sugarcane, cotton, and rice which together account for more than 75% of the value of total crop output. Pakistan’s largest crop is wheat. Its production is 26,674,000 tons of wheat. Especially Pakistan food exports rice, cotton, fish, fruits and vegetables and import vegetable oil, wheat, pulse and consumer foods.

Pakistan is a largest country and there are many other things instead of agriculture, Pakistan is Asia’s largest camel and second-largest apricot and ghee market and third-largest cotton, onion and milk market. Pakistan’s major population is directly or indirectly depends on agriculture sector and it contributes about 18.9% percent of gross domestic product and accounts for 42.3% of employed labor force and is the largest source of foreign exchange earnings. Pakistan is a very largest system in according to irrigation because there is total land area is under cultivation and watered and Pakistan irrigates three times more than Russia.

Minings

Pakistan has significant mineral resources and is emerging as a very promising area for exploring mineral deposits. Pakistan is significantly and geologically based on metallic and non-metallic mineral deposits. Pakistan amended in constitution regarding explore mineral resources which are in jurisdiction. Pakistan’s mining is contributing in 13.19 percent in industrial sector and its share in GDP is 2.8%.

Conclusion

After analysis of the country according to the employment standard and agricultural activity I found that Pakistan is an agricultural country but there are not any policy on farmers so that they cannot take any types benefit from government. Pakistan has a poor industrialization that’s why there are many types differences in jobs.
