The Great Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein was a well-known scientist, who proposed many amazing theories such as the special theory of relativity, the theory of general relativity, and E=mc2. Not only did Albert Einstein inspired and changed the way we look at science, but he also influenced many other wonderful scientists such as Satyendra Nath Bose, Ernst G. Straus, Nathan Rosen, Leo Szilard, and some other great scientist. Little did he know that many of us still to this day talk about how much he has developed science, and how his theories have made an impacted on our everyday life. In my research paper, I will discuss the life of Albert Einstein and how he became the man whom people still talk about 64 years later.
On March 14th, 1879, in Ulm, Germany, a middle-class Jewish household, Hermann Einstein (a salesman/engineer) and Pauline Koch (a stay at home wife/mother) gave birth to a baby boy by the name of Albert Einstein. Albert grew up in a normal household, where his dad worked day and night, while his mother stayed at home taking care of the house and her two children. Years later, once Albert was old enough to attend school his father decided that it was for the best to move the entire family to Munich, Germany where Albert began to attend elementary school and as well as secondary schools. While attending school and even before school, Albert had a speech impediment, which made it very difficult to stay on top of his grades, but with the help from his tutors and his family, he began to excel very well in school. He happened to do so well in school that sooner or later it had helped him develop his theory which he ended up getting awarded in the year 1921, for a nobel prize in physics, a copley medal in 1925, a Max Planck medal, Franklin medal, and so much more.
While growing up Albert had a passion for science ever since he was five years old and his father gave him his first compass as a gift. As time passed by, Einstein love for science grew more and more daily. In the year 1905, while Einstein continued his education he wrote a paper that talked about how the kinetic energy can be reinforced which ended up leading to be his Special Theory of Relativity. Later in the month of June 1905, yet again Einstein wrote another paper discussing electromagnetism and motion. At 26 years old Albert Einstein manage to write a two major paper which ended up becoming his theories that he discovered/answered. Little did he know that he just made a name for himself. Albert Einstein contributions have made such a big impact on our daily life as of today. If it wasn’t for him we wouldn't know what a refrigerator, a gas absorption heat pump, or anything that we use as of today. Even though Einstein found a way to make items that we use today, he also came up with his most popular theory and that is the Theory of Relativity or also known as E=mc2. This theory happened to be Einstein major contribution to the science world, this formula explained how the speed of light is constant and how time and distance may change due to the speed of an object.
