The Neolithic Revolution, is also regarded the Agricultural Revolution. It is the transition period in human history from which small, nomadic bands of hunter-gatherers to larger, agricultural settlements and early civilization. The Neolithic Revolution started in South Asia about 9000-6000 B.C. It is considered as most important advancement in the livelihood of mankind. It encouraged the accumulation of material possession, trade, enabled to supply surplus of food, and laid foundation of craft specializations. This is the beginning of a new developed era of human civilization; it turned the nomadic and hunters tribes in to more civilize in the form of farmers and villagers. It resulted into their prosperity. With the passage of time usage of bronze making was also come into usage which laid foundations for new inventions. The Neolithic period influence the human life in many ways some of the common impacts are following:

  • Beginning of Agriculture

In the era of Neolithic period the nomadic hunters turned into farmers. They started the cultivations of crops of wheat, barley. Domestic raising of sheep, goats and cattle also started. The agriculture of wheat and barley made them self-sufficient in food. Families settle down together to form communities. They helped each other to harvest large crops and stored their surplus food in pit and granaries. A plentiful food supply meant that some men had free time to develop skill at crafts. Settlements began trading with each other, in the goods they were producing. The food consisted of fruits, vegetables, roots, nuts, wild pulses and cereals. Flesh of animals, fish and milk products. Gradually new knowledge spread including the art of bronze-making.

  • Herding of domestic animals:

The man of this era contributed a lot in agriculture and domestication of animals. With the passage of time the human civilization converted into villages and towns. The houses were constructed with burnt bricks. It changed the whole aspect of human life. Man can sow, reap and store the crops. Now man needed to store food and thus the clap pot to be made. Man was now rich enough to store to his food, to feed more people, to throw the unwanted food away and thus lure animals and domestic them. He needed more men to help him in the production of food and thus the idea of family develops.

Neolithic revolution was the last division of the stone age.12,000 years ago was when farming development appeared. It was the first agricultural revolution to ever exist. The reason given for the name Neolithic revolution being because this changed the life of a variety of communities. This led to many living in semi-permanent settlements or permanent settlement. This being why less humans lived the nomadic lifestyle and finally settling into one place.

There was a time where there was such a thing as the iron age.Where people from across Europe, Africa and Asia started making weapons and tools made from iron. The iron age began between 1200 B.C. and 600 B.C. depending on where others where located. The first person to make an iron weapon was Hittities.

Trade was very useful at one point all around the world. Helping civilizations gather a bit or a ton of everything they needed. Treading came in handy for supplies, goods like crops and much more. This was a way people back then would make their living. Lots of regions I would say most of them contributed in trading with one another.
