More and more people are now deciding to move abroad for reasons related to the work. But it can be a difficult decision to travel abroad and it is certainly a big change for all. It's a big and exciting step in my opinion as moving and working abroad broadens horizons like no other experience, allows people to grow more than they would in other circumstances and helps them to build strong working relationships through amazing and memorable new experiences. People working overseas have the ability to acquire a range of new skills, are introduced to higher-level and more challenging problems earlier in their careers, and obviously appear to be promoted much quicker than others.living abroad is challenging as it pushes people beyond their comfort zone some of the challenges are:

  1. Language: of course it is an amazing opportunity to learn new language and communicate with different people with it but at the beginning it is so challenging and hard to learn it right and train on it and always develop it
  2. Culture: moving to new country and starting new business is so hard at the beginning new places alone without your family new people new language and traditions and style but time make you learn and gain experience until it becomes easy and usual and it turn from challenge to opportunity and experience of learning new culture
  3. Personal life: These feelings of disorientation and possible isolation can be very difficult to deal with in the beginning. It can be difficult to be separated from family and friends, but it is very easy to keep in touch today and to go out and meet people would also help you to quickly adjust to your new life and develop a new network of friends and contacts.
  4. Work life: At first, it might be a bit difficult to adjust to a new work and go with the new people and communicate with them and try to proof that you are good enough to be there and make people take good impression about you and recommend you to promotion but after time passes this become easy and you be more comfortable in what you do.
  5. Accommodation: finding a good place to live in the beginning is not easy and you may book online but when you go there you didn’t like the place or it was far from where you work and you still don’t know in thing in the country or the transportation so it is so hard and if you put deposit in the place It is hard to get your deposit back in cases when you change your mind.
  6. Travel and transport: Getting passports and visas as well as insurance and vaccinations can be a stressful process. And finding a good place to stay in before you reach the country is so hard because you don’t know of this place is good or have transportation from it to the work and if you put deposit it is hard to get it back in case you want to change the place.
  7. Work Expectations and Requirements: Working with an international team has its own unique challenges. It take a lot of time to understand them and fit with there attitude and can communicate with them and it is so hard at the beginning to leave them a good impression and know that you are good at what you are doing but after some time it become easy and you start fitting in the communicate better with them.
  8. Work team: Often your team comes from different countries. They bring along with them their own culture as well as past experiences of working with an international team and it take you time to know how to communicate with each other at first it is hard to understand each other and know the attitude of each other but at the end you figure out a way to communicate and it becomes easy
  9. Lack of information about foreign businessmen: at the beginning you have no idea how they work or their attitude in working or how they want to finish the work and you don’t have enough experience in how they want there work.
  10. ime of Day: Perhaps this is one of the simpler challenges to understand, but it’s amazing how being in opposite times zones can affect team productivity. And it take so much time to get used to the timing of the other country.
  11. Resource: obtaining access to the same technical and personnel resources can also be a challenge. Consistent intake of information is vital to global teams, so find a system where everybody can stay updated on the project. Consistent resources can constitute a huge barrier to efficiency, depending on the technologies available. Time-sensitive issues may also get magnified when someone is waiting for other teammate to update information.
  12. Power Structure: People also have very unique and different views on power and organization. Not knowing who does what or when is very confusing. We find this to be one of the most common sources of errors among teams. If you work with a team that is more effective in achieving short-term targets on a long-term project, change your timetable to balance various types. Learn how confident your teammates are in getting tasks and input.

Conclusion

In conclusion, working internationally is a hard step to take but it will change your work career in different ways so before any step you should take concerns to the opportunities and challenges that we have discussed before, and after that you will gain experiences in your work and also your life that will change your lifestyle. Working abroad influences the global economy. In particular, work abroad leads to the production of employees' own personal characteristics or better cultural adaptation which is better adapted to the needs of society. It helps flow of labor and capital faster both in the host country and home country. If the work abroad is really suitable for employees, they really need a clear understanding of what they are looking for and balance. However, working abroad is not just a personal issue. When working abroad as a research project about stakeholders worldwide, working abroad can be our preparation process that builds us into a global citizen. All the host countries, home countries and employees contribute to globalization whether they realized or not. Even though many of overseas employees like me go to another country just as an individual or just as a small group, we do change the world.

We are all global citizens, no matter whether or not we work abroad, we are in the global marketplace. For employees who works abroad, they can contribute more to globalization. They can bring their language, multi-cultural mindset and rich life experience into their work environment to help the company engage in global trade. They can go back to their home country after they worked abroad and bring back what they learned to develop the home country’s economy. Since the world is more connected, working abroad works good for all the employees who work abroad. Many companies and employees that were working nationally their experiences and profit share was limited but after working internationally they have gained their reputation and now they are trademarks around the world. Ex. McDonald’s Chief executive officer wasn’t interested in working internationally, he had enough nationally but after met a business man who worked internationally then persuaded him to work internationally, and now McDonald is the most known fast food in the world.
