Introduction

Malaysians are becoming more cosmopolitans, whereby there have learned to utilize the public transportation. Railway transportation is one way the public are able to reach their destinations. In Malaysia there are few organizations on railway business such as KTM, RapidKL, LRT, STAR LRT and MRT. According to Hasnan (2012) that KTM Commuter is an electrified commuter train service first introduced in 1995, catering especially to commuters in Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding suburban areas. KTMB provides 248 commuter services daily, serving 45 stations along 175 route kilometres. The network consists of three lines: Rawang-Seremban Route, Sentul-Port Klang Route, and Rawang – Kuala Kubu Baharu Shuttle route. This essay consists of general issues and problems public transportation facing by system in Kuala Lumpur is a lack of focus and coordination at all levels throughout the system.
