As time went on Sweden gave people residence permits allowing them to stay in Sweden for a period of time to help them. This example shows that Article 13 is protected by having Sweden allow the immigrants to have the right to freedom of movement and residence within their borders as well as to have the right to leave any country including their own and have the right to go back to Sweden if wanted.
