Significance of Love: What that Feeling Means to Me
“I love you”. A very big and bold word and phrase. They say that love conquers all and you will do everything for love. What is love? In what is love for you essay I will answer this question.
For me love understands, love is patience, love is heaven, love is everlasting, love can make you do anything that you are not meant to do just for the sake of satisfying a person that is dear to you and the one you caress.
A friend of mine tells me a story about his father during his teenage years, the time wherein he occasionally courts many girls in his time. Her mother was selling this product Tupper Ware. When you buy any product from this brand, there are small freebies of souvenirs. He will steal those souvenirs and it is when he gave it to those who he court during his high school days. Gift giving from a man to his intended during the courtship phase is an ancient tradition, universally viewed as the man demonstrating to the woman that he is able to do what God originally directed Man to do, from the beginning of time to provide. It is the natural order of things. It was really a manner of showing your manhood weather its purpose is for good or just lust. It has been for ages and going back to ancient time that courting and giving gift was done and pass up to the present days.
A gift has a very big significance to a woman. Gifts are the symbol of surprises, happiness and celebrations. The only thing to understand is the objective of the person behind giving you the gift. Giving gift in dream is symbolizes your generous nature towards others. It also reflects your affection and love towards others, especially your family. Dreams are also signs of rewards and results of your achievements. The important thing to notice about your gift dream is the objective of the person gifting you. A stranger with a cunning smile on the face or a weird behavior, while giving you the gift, depicts the ill feelings towards you. This is a sign to beware that the gift will hold his negative feelings about you. It is also a sign that someone may try to take control over your good nature or try to buy you by giving gifts. Gifts have always been an important part in developing healthy, loving relationships. Apart from being just a simple gesture of appreciation towards your partners, giving the right gifts can show just how much you care for, and understand them. While all relationships are unique, no one can deny the impact these things have on creating a stronger bond and deeper connection with each other. The time one takes to get to know his or her partner’s preferences, personalities, and unique quirks makes a well-chosen gift even more special because of the effort that goes into choosing it.
The question now was; what gift will you give? No matter what your status in life, it was always a habit or an initiative that you will give what is the best, what is the most beautiful and what is in demand, what is known to everyone and most likely what is expensive. The next question now is; does price matters when giving a gift to your love one? Well in my own opinion at his moment was it will depends on who will give the gift for. Either a dear one or a friend of mine. It will really depends on the level of relationship you had to the person you are given to. Do not buy girlfriend expensive gifts, a wife yes, but not a girlfriend. Take her nice places that you both enjoy, when you are comfortable together a nice place for the weekend. Make special memories. If she is a nice girl and is into you, a teddy bear won at a fair will mean more to her than an expensive gift. Birthday gifts should be tasteful and if you want to spend the rest of your life with this girl something she can wear and shows you put some thought into it. You might know somebody who makes jewelry and pick colors or some element that will mean something to her. If she is not going to be with you for the rest of your life something she can eat like a beautiful box of chocolates, the rule for women is quality over quantity.
After saying it, is it important to give gifts that are expensive? No, it’s never important to give expensive gifts. Giving gifts is a way of expressing your feelings and affection for that person. So you just have to think how you can make that person happy. A gift is an important way of gestures on appreciating an individual in his or her deed or an appreciation on what he or she gave you or what he or she can give you in the long run. It will also depends on the person who you will give the present because as I mention before it matters most if it is for a long time or a short period of time only wherein assurances is a fact and satisfaction is reasonable. In both cases and in a lot of other cases it wasn’t even the gift itself that mattered that much. It was the thought. It was simply the fact that we spent time thinking about them and planning something that took into consideration who they were and what they valued on a deep level. In other words, a great gift isn’t about the price tag. A great gift is a natural outgrowth of a great relationship. If you have a strong relationship with someone, you can usually conceive of a lot of great ideas for them that are pretty inexpensive.
What really matters most were the feeling and thoughts that it represent and not the amount worth of our gifts. Simply saying “I love you” was a very word itself and if it is said with real feelings and be felt warmly, it will be a very precious gift you could ever give that will last for a long time.
