The biggest problem faced by Facebook is the privacy of users. I belive that Facebook should be banned or they should change its privary policy. Within this essay I am going to analyse whether there is no point for using Facebook or something can be done to solve its main issue with private policy.

Equality of Gender: Facebook has equal opportunities for male and female workers. However, it wants to increase the number of female workers. There is a difference between the number of male and female workers in various departments.
