As it was a huge success so they are facing a number of different challenges. For ordering and searching the system should be fast, reliable and secured. CRM system and SAS systems are serving the customers. A customer should have a profile in order to place order. Recommendations systems are developed to provide ease. Enterprise Resource Management system automatically finds the nearest distribution center for delivery.

In the beginning the business strategy of Amazon is only to sell books online. Initially Amazon fallow B2C model but after some years they also introduced B2B model. Customer Relation Management Strategy provides automatically recommendation. Amazon’s three main ideas are limitless inventory, Customer Care, High margin and lowest price. They attract their customers through providing them great promotions and considering their reviews. Amazon implement CRM through customer selection, customer acquisition, customer retention and customer extensions. They are adaptive and able to compete in todays world through improving their strategies time by time.
