He graduated from Pretoria Boys High School when he was seventeen, Elon Musk later moved to Canada to attend Queen’s University to avoid mandatory service in the South African military. He left in 1992 to study business and physics at the University of Pennsylvania. When he was 24, he entered Stanford University for his Ph. D. He dropped out after two days and founded Zip2 with his brother.
Musk founded his third company, SpaceX, in 2002. By 2008, SpaceX was well established, with plans for astronaut transport in the future. He had so many setbacks, catastrophes, and so much hardship in his life that it’s amazing to see how he overcame all of life’s challenges. That’s what makes Elon Musk. It’s his determination, and inability to consider failure that has allowed him to succeed.
