Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the growth of e-commerce on the business and benefits delivery. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, to present a complete picture of the situation regarding the situation of some of the variables that are being made. This study was to identify the extent of the impact of e-commerce growth against goods delivery business, as well as benefits. provided by the e-commerce applications. The results of this study conducted by discussing the payment transaction system, delivery of goods, and the recipient of goods by e-commerce, of course, with e-commerce is very favorable to the logistics industry.

Introduction

Information technology and the Internet have a dramatic effect on the world of online business. The development of e-commerce has created a need to understand how and why people participate in e-commerce. The system turns on the recommendation of new things that are used by some e-commerce sites, to the serious business tool that is reshaping the world of E-commerce. Many of the biggest trading web sites already using a recommendation system to help their customers find the products and services that will select the couriers. Learn from customer recommendation system and recommend products and services courier who would he find most valuable in the product and courier services are available.
