Master of Global Management: Personal Experience and Academic Goals

The most essential and applicable in every stage of business and its management process is Performance. To achieve goals, we need to begin with aligning plans with strategic projects. Coordinating the National Service Scheme at our college, gave me a sense of responsibility which made me help for the better performance of the team members. Being a person with “Never give up” attitude, I am always resilient in facing the new challenges and analyzing the failures. Having the potential to work and challenge new complications, I was regarded as the best performer in my team.
The field of business always triggers me in a way that I can do anything from managing resources to skill sets. Involving in various issues and witnessing different kind of ventures, enabled me to deviate towards business and its management, especially to the Global Management. One of my greatest aspirations is to be a person who can challenge and face the hurdles to be superior in this business world. There are no secrets to success, depends on the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure. With an aggregate of 81% in 10th and 86% in 12th, I have done pretty-well in my academic career.
Coming from the Electronics background, I never felt a glow of happiness. Later-on, I was astounded by the rapidly increasing business in every dimension. My appetite for knowledge in business sector started from that moment. I was passionate to work in a company which studies about different types of firms and their equity shares in the world. Being a Financial Advisory supporter and a member of Stock market Brokerage in Tradewell Securities Ltd, Hyderabad, I specialized in online equity trading, equity broking services in India and dealt with the management of financial services. Creativity thrives when people work in unity. Therefore, I believe teamwork has maximized my knowledge and management skills. Having acquired the skills needed for business management, I feel that it is the perfect time to take up graduate studies.
Three years of experience in the firm became a strong foundation on which I wanted to rebuild my new life. Canada, being the most appealing place for management studies among international students captivated me to start on a new journey here. On doing rigorous research on Canadian universities, I have zeroed in on the prestigious Royal Roads University. My keen interest is pursuing Master of Global Management which reflects the changing economy and a challenging world with global perspective. The course topics makes me understand the hard interrelations in this business world, so that I can tackle the challenges. Gaining command over Business strategies and analytics, changes in global context and acquiring hands-on experience of leading my workforce, helps me prepare the career of my dreams.
