Parents Care Act 2013 That Upholding Our Humanity

The old aging people work hard their whole life and fulfilled all responsibilities for their family and the country. After retirement, they demand some assistance from them. It's a very natural human being and needs to maintain a proper way. Unfortunately, they are not much protected as they require. Youth are not enough concerned about them and humanity collapses at the bottom level. As a result, to uphold the morality alternative initiate is the parent Care Act 2013. Law is the only pioneer to overcome when we fail to fulfill our basic requirements as a human.

The Parents Care Act of 2013 has some specific aims. The security of all aging people from the root and ensure their social needs are the basis for this law. Another one is that, this law enforces us to repair our morality and proper care of the old citizens. First of all, children are responsible for managing basic needs and all children are treated equally. All children provide a logical amount of money and taking care of them. If it’s not possible to be together then they will be communicated regularly with parents (under section 3). Moreover, the law also ensures the same assurance of both side grandparents.

With logical objection, victim parents can fill the case against the accused. Branded are punished by one lack taka fine and in default of money will be liable height 3-month imprisonment. Moreover, if relatives provoked to non-corporate with them they also suffered from the same punishment. The offense under this law is cognizable, bailable and compoundable. This law has an opportunity to solve the problem through the mediation by the court approval.

Most of people are claiming that by enacted the Parents Care Act 2013 government deny the constitutional right and tried to impose the young generation. Still, this law has some demerits as all have. But in reality, for a developing nation, it is very tuff to deal with those issues on the same scale as other serious problems. The matter is government and law done their job but apart from society, we have some liabilities as well. We always try to condemn others but forget our fault. As human beings, it’s our moral duty to preserve our seniors. But, unfortunately, we deny them and never consider that one day we will get old. Probably our condition will be the same. Morality addresses a man as a human being and our duty to reflex it through our work.

The good outcome starts to come in front and several cases already reported. Now people are bound to follow the law and it helps to protect the old aging people slightly. Moreover, this law combines humanity and socio-economic securities for aging people. Slowly but in wealthy day by day, we move forward and understand to find our fault. Our habit is to deny our duties with some lame excuses and tried to hide abilities as a human being. Every single parent care center is addressing the shameful status of humans. We need to knock our sole and bring out morality.

In my opinion, the proper execution of the Parents Care Act 2013 is the best way to improve our mentality. This law shows openly about our lacking and the field we need to improve. The citizen of all ages should broad their mind and behavior like human beings with morality and humanity. Senior citizen is great with their lifetime achievements and knowledge. They are not only our preceptor but also an asset to the country.
