I completely agree with this option and think that job satisfaction is more important than other things. Because, I wish to do my job well and want to succeed in my career, hence working in a safe and friendly environment can ensure that I can reach my maximum potential. Also this will help me to learn new things and follow my passion. No one wants a dead-end job. Workplace that is lovely, friendly and free from stress & harassment can create a healthy and positive environment for everyone. I need to perform well in my career and feel happy, while working in a company, with good pay and advanced opportunities.

Family

I agree with this option. No matter what position and which company I am working I always give preference to my family. I would like to work in an organization where I have enough time to spend at office and with family. Our character, attitude about work and everything comes with the result of interaction with family. We can also share everything with our family and it can help us to reduce the stress and take a good decision in our career.

Financial resources

I agree that I consider financial resources to be an important aspect when it comes to my choice of career. A good pay is essential to make sure that I can have financial stability to support my family and also to give community I live in. having good financial resources also help me to have good standard of life and better quality of living moreover, being stable financially will eliminate any of the stress related to lack of monitory resources.

Friends

Having a good circle of friends is always important to me. It’s always refreshing to go on trips or grab a coffee with your friends after a long week at work. They also help you whenever you go through a hard time. Like family, we can share our thoughts and experience with our friends and they can help me to free from stress and to follow my passion. A good friend is a good guide.

Leadership

I always want to be a leader who helps their colleagues to bring out the best in them. Team leading ability starts with self-confidence and repetitive success. They are always self-motivated by themselves. so no one need to push them to get the work done. They will always find a way to make it extraordinary. The person who has the leadership qualities always guide their teammates to produce their best and assist them to pursue their passion. Apart from win as an individual, a leader would always think about win as a team or an organization. I believe that I can be a good leader.
