Same Sex Marriage: Misconception About Same Sex Marriage

As the world continues to revolve around its orbit, tons of minds are still unease with the rampant issue of Same Sex Marriage that Philippines has to resolve in duely process. It awfully breaks the benevolent hearts of those affected individuals especially, couples who are bound to live together and destined with each other through love and devotion despite harrowing experiences they have been through in a society full of judgement. Marriage is a legal, not a moral issue. But, it seems like everyone misunderstood and delves into misconception about Same Sex Marriage. This is undeniably controversial as to consider Philippines is a country full of Christians and homophobic people out there.

To render my own insights and perspectives as a gay and a truly member of LGBTQIA organization and such federation, I do not tolerate imprudence and arrogance of one's self. I do clearly apprehend our religion's regimen as roman Catholic. I can feel your sanity and agony deep inside shouting and hoping for rights to be married to our love ones, to be tied with the person your heart wanted ever since and create the future as you two grow in one roof. However, Same Sex Marriage here in the Philippines is kinda blurry as if the government is having eye problem in terms of the community. Also, people out there who patronize saints and everything will dump you down, criticize you all for they will be disgusted by your appearance and marriage. Another obstacle, churches here in our country does not accept you as husbands and wives because you are badly a shame in their sharp eyes. If eyes could kill then same sex couples are always in the news every night because of homophobic creatures who tend to degrade their worth and value because of the things they do and beliefs they deemed to be right.

Frankly speaking, in life we must accept faith and go think practical to face issue like this where everything can be attached and feelings can be hurt. Furthermore, i would like to put my self on the contrary of not allowing Same Sex Marriage in the reason of as follows;

Firstly, marriage means to God the Father. Marriage was created by God, not by any one. We have neither the rights nor the capacity to make over what marriage is really all about. The most that a human being or a government can do is misapply the stint to partnerships that are not truthfully marriages. Because marriage needs to have the certain form of a union of man and woman in accordance to. So, as Christians like me and you, we must combat any endeavor to add conditions to marriage that change God’s standards or criteria.

Secondly, reality means to God. When we are going to tell that a man can be married to a man or that a woman can be married to a woman, we are wrenching the term “married” to allow what it cannot allow. If we are gonna use words in this path, we are making affirmation about reality that we understand is not true — and cannot be excuted as true. In other imperatives, we are committing a lie.

Always remember what the Holy Bible said, as Leviticus 19:11 says, “‘Do not lie. Do not deceive one another.” This must be remembered at all times and;

Thirdly, We, the humans as God's wonderful creations really mean to God. As Christians, we are sought to call and to love our lesbian, gays neighbors as stated in (John 14:34), which is why we shall never and ever support same-sex marriage to be exact.

In our religion, we believe that matrimony is a lifetime foundation arranged by God for our goodness and the betterment of our society and at the same time in our community. Moreover, we are also ought to believe that homosexual sexual activity is immoral and sinful. We shall not support two people loving ecah other which is encouraging them to commit sin as they try to hide something from Him. That is not right and just as we are His people and He is our Lord who keeps giving us hope and blessings inspite of circumstances we face each day. For instance, no matter what, God will save us from disgrace that is why he let Himself crucified and sacrificed just for us.

Withal, I may not be in the side of Same Sex Marriage but i hereby declare the fight of Same Sex Union as to what millions of same sex couples wanted to be validated. Love moves in mysterious ways as what the song implies and it comes in no specific time. Thus, we all commit sins and mistakes each day we live and it is not new because even Adan and Eve became sinners at once and experienced sanity afterwards. Anyway, so much more about that, i want to convey the public with my proposition to give justice and fairness to same sex couples here in the Philippines. We say no to Same Sex Marriage however, we demand proper consultation in the senate to validate action about Same Sex Union instead.

In a very long time, finally there's a new documentary exposed on October 21, 2020 that our respective Pope Francis abides civil unions for same-sex couples. Because gender equality endorses in Catholic-majority Philippines were elevated about the news. With this, I think Philippines must get its insights on the following reasons and benefits that the people may get and have;

Let's have property relations onboard to begin with. Both parties who join into civil unions can choose on how they want to partake property throughout statement of assets. These may coop up needs such as clothing, food, and medical treatment or more.

Next we have, same benefits as marriage.

Labor benediction and concession given to retainers based on conjugal status will also be applicable to workers in civil relationships. Tax laws for married couples will be applied to it too. Just like married couples, same sex couples that are legally validated owe one another of respect, assistance, support and fidelity. Also, they are expected to live together through thin and thick in life and;

Another thing is to adopt children and become whole family in the eyes of the law. The bill really prohibits discrimination and degradation for same-sex couples who want to have children in their household. The head-bang grounds for adoption is for the same sex couples be responsible and that it must be done in best concern and welfare of the children.

Therefore, as a person who thinks practically in the midst of huge trouble issue inregards to Same Sex Marriage of today, i seek for allegiance to let us bring this Same Sex Union as a resolution on the government's table and let us see the essence of love. Besides, we are all here to create ourselves and mold our future so let us not shoove away this opportunity that would help reshape our society in a better way.
