When I was little, I always help my mom in the kitchen. She always makes my favorite dishes just like sinigang na baboy I like the way it tastes sour, adobo, menudo, chicken curry, labong, and the best one is pinakbet. I help her first to buy the ingredients that she needed. I watch her how to do my favorite dishes. Cooking attracts me and someday I will cook my own food for my family. This is why I want to share my 'Сooking is My Passion Essay' with you.
Cooking is my favorite activity because it is a way for me to reduce stress and I can be artistic. So I pick Technical Vocational Livelihood Track so that I can enhance my skill in cooking and to know what cookery means. I want to try and cook any different food that is served in every country. I want to have my own recipe and share that to the world.
I think cooking is my passion for life. When I am cooking all by myself I feel happy because before I only watch my mom cook but now I know all by myself how to cook. My mom taught me that every time I proceed to the next step I should clean all the necessary things. I learn from this track about how important to clean as you go to prevent bacteria from spreading from it to surfaces or food. Food safety is very important to me because I am a cookery student, I cook and bake foods so I need to secure that my product is healthy and also clean.
Food safety is the important thing of to describe food handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that foodborne illness. Food can be transmitted from a person to a person as well as serves as the growth medium of the bacteria that can cause of food poisoning. Some things that can contribute to foodborne illness are improper hand washing, cross-contamination, storage of the food, cooking temperature, and the contamination of the food by the animal's waste.
Sometimes food poisoning can cause serious illness and even death. Most of people assume that food poisoning comes from restaurants, cafes, and also from food outlets, but also just get ill from the food prepared at home. So, food poisoning can come from various types of places. There are ten types to reduce the risk of food poisoning at home. There are washing hands properly, worktops, dishcloths, using separate chopping boards, keeping raw meat separate, storing meat on the bottom shelf, cook meat thoroughly, keeping food cold, cooling leftovers quickly, and the last one is respect use by dates.
