Teachers have limited autonomy when compare with the other professions because they can’t refuse to teach students as per their choice. In regardless of gender, race, religion they have to be fair to each and every student. But, teachers are free to adapt various suitable teaching methods even though the curriculum used is determined by others. But this type of quality can be developed over time to help teachers to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.

Therefore, soft skills are a mixture of qualities that how to interact with others, communicate with each other, balance the attitude, habits, adjust to the working environment, and have a vast influence overall. These skills are such as communication skills ( written and oral), professional ethics, critical thinking, collaborative skills, leadership skills, lifelong learning, and so on.

These skills encourage teachers to analyze problems logically. In the education field, teachers are the leaders not with the classroom, among his or her colleague, society, and the nation. Teachers have to learn continuously to stay up to date for the changes happening in educational development.
