This is contrary to the usual piano and organ found in many conservative Philippine churches. Moreover, regarding the design of the event, it also follows the trends of modern styling of art and the concept of minimalism. In short, art, whether in terms of musical or physical pieces, is given the freedom to be expressed and is thus a venue for people to be attracted towards due to its relevance and authenticity.
Lastly, the message of Friday Night Live is grounded in Biblical Scripture. Although many things may seem modern such as the fashion, music, design, and so on, the message that is shared is still the same message that has been being shared for many centuries during the Gospel ages of the Bible. Furthermore, everything that is done, from start to finish, is based on the premises of Scripture. In conclusion, Friday Night Live was created to let people know that church does not have to be endured, but that it can be enjoyed by being authentic and relevant.
