Most of the employees’ complaint that they had a hard time in finding the exact location of the documents and they end up losing out productivity during daily work as they hunt for the needed information. It is important to keep tracks of clients past records and firm bill records in an organized way and easy to fetch in a timely manner.
Business environment is rapidly changing. Most of the company does not responds well towards problems they faced and some of them just ignores it. From this study, we managed to identify major problems faced by the firm. As we all know, if we want to obtain success, the first thing we need to do is find the problem faced in order to solve the problems which prevents us from achieving our goals. One of the main problem faced by the firm is they have difficulty in imagining and estimating the exact size of the furniture and how it will fit the space and mesh well with the concept of the room. In order to solve this problem, we could utilize furniture augmented reality application. Disadvantage from this apps is that the speed of entire process totally depends on the kind of networks available area. If the area does not cover the network, then the apps could not be launched. Next, it is found that the company face difficulty in visualizing combination of colour for the room and having a hard time to explain and presenting to customers the end of the results looks like. Firstly, using augmented furniture reality application to ensure the furniture fit well with the space and concept of the room. Other than that, we suggested to use a virtual room painter to make sure the colour combination mesh well and could present it to customers easily. In this era, most of our tasks have been accomplished by using application or software in order to produce a good quality outcomes. The latest technology that can be used is by using an augmented reality application which will helps to solve problems faced by the firms especially in visualising and imagining the outcomes of the plan.
Choosing furnishings to decorate a space can be a time-consuming, and expensive. Just because the furniture looks nice in the store, does not necessarily mean it will fit in your space and mesh well with the room colours and concept. This augmented reality application, can transform the way we view interiors, exteriors and homes. We could remove the old furniture and changing the flooring and replaced it with a completely new furniture to see how it looks like. Moreover, we could choose furniture which fit the size of the space and according to customers budget.
