The Things I Usually Do In My Spare Time

There are many things that I can do in my spare time and I am going to describe most of them here today. The first one is I exercise daily. As we all know that physical exercise is important to stay fit in physical, mental and social health. Exercising regularly also helps you to remain disciplined, which is valuable in a demanding work environment, and can also reduce the long-term effects of stress and tension that new generation faces in their work, so I love to exercise daily in the morning or whenever I get free time. It helps me to release all my body toxins and I never feel stressed or dull. Second one is reading books, I also love to read any kind of book. Reading not only improves your knowledge but also helps you to become sharp and intelligent, improves your vocabulary also.

Books always introduce me to the new story, life styles, characters and environment. Whenever I read book I always gets lost in it for the an hour or more. Books only helped me in starting small talks with anyone and has also improved my personality and communication-skills. The third one is my best thing, I always spend time with my friends and family. Getting a good job and other fashionable items are not everything, family and friends in life are also important they always support you, cheer you, scold you but always guide to follow the right path or the path of honesty. Without them the life is boring and dull so I always conduct a get together every month and invite all my friends and family. We spend lots of time together and I like that. The fourth one is Hiking group which I have recently joined in Los Santos. Where a group of use to meet mostly at Mount Chillad with their hiking equipment on Sunday morning and we hike together. Its a great work out for me and also an opportunity to learn new things and make new friends. The fifth one is that I nowadays sleep a lot. As due to my night shift work in the club at Marina Canal I have to work the whole night as a watch-man. So I didn't get enough time to sleep and taking proper sleep is also very important. So I always try to get a good sleep so my mind gets fresh, re-active and energetic. 6 hours of sleep in a day is enough for me to work for the rest of the day.
