In my opinion, I think that Elvis Presley was a good leader. The five traits of a good leader are time and effort, take risks, try new things, persist through hard times, and concern for others. Elvis uses time and effort by using his time to build his career. He had to work hard and wait a while before he was noticed. He took risks by putting himself out there and singing in front of his high school during the talent show. Presley tried new things when he started acting in movies and television shows. He persisted through hard times when his family had little money. When he was addicted to drugs he still tried his hardest and still performed at concerts. Elvis showed concern for others when he took on the jobs to help his family. Presley affected my life and many others by making a new genre of music that is still made and listened to today.
