Happiness can be defined as a sense of joy, satisfaction or contentment that happen in our life. It is expressed by different people in different ways. Most people will feel the happiness when they are successful, satisfied with their achievements, healthy, be safe etc. Besides, happiness is also a state of mind and the feeling expressed when everything is going great. For example, the feeling when we buy our first car, purchase a new house, meet wonderful people in our life or graduate with good grades. In whatever way we define happiness, in this essay I state that the only truth is happiness is playing a vital role in order for us to achieve healthy and prosperous life.
Although we may sometimes neglect to cultivate our own happiness, we still have to highlight a point which is feeling happy is extremely important in our life. It has added knock on the effects and benefits when we feel happy. We will become more compassionate and most importantly we will feel healthier in both emotionally and physically. In a meanwhile, we will become more energetic and passionate in striving and achieving our life goals. When we feel fun to be around, we will have more motivation to focus on our work and tasks, eventually we will work harder to become more financially successful.
However, nothing worth having comes easy. Happiness is something that doesn’t just come naturally. We should figure out some ways to create our own happiness and strive for it. Happiness must be worked on, produced, discovered and created from the ground up. Sometimes, life can undoubtedly disrupt a person’s happiness, getting in the way of them enjoying everyday of it, with all the countless and never-ending mishaps and suffering. Yet, it is important for us to attain the happiness. In order for us to attain happiness, we shall get rid ourselves from the negative vibes and energies which occur in our lives on a regular basis and which cause us to feel sad or make us feel as though we are just simply existing or drifting through life.
In conclusion, though life throws countless challenges at us on a daily basis, we should overcome these challenges we would definitely become depressed and exhausted. It is vital for us to find the positive vibes and little things in our lives to get excited about and feel the happiness. Everyone desires to be happy in life. Therefore, happiness cannot be achieved without establishing complete control of one’s thoughts as it is very easy for us to be carried away by the waves and influence of negative thoughts and emotions around us. Always remember to remind yourself of the good things of your life and be thankful about it.
