2nd Amendment: Improving Gun control
A plus on gun control is that in case they are called to a situation where they might need to use it, all law enforcement is to carry a concealed weapon. All law enforcement are trained professionals who have the experience of using a firearm and have the necessary knowledge to do so. Military personnel is also highly qualified to use any weapon for which they were trained. Gun control can be handled correctly as long as the person uses the right training and learns the skills and knowledge. In a locker with a lock on it, weapons must be kept safe to be inaccessible to children or others who are not allowed. These are also only meant to be used in a case as the last choice. In a case where somebody may be in danger or private property. If they are in a threatening situation or any other form they should dial 911 or contact their local police department, the first thing anybody should do. An own fire weapon should be the last alternative because then a fired weapon investigation will have to be carried out by the police department.
One gun-control advantage is that if you have a gun, they will help prevent one person from getting a dangerous circumstance. A gun in a house may not always be a bad thing to have, it just needs to be properly and safely used. There are also different ways in which people use firearms, some people still use them for hunting, these people are also required to have a hunting license, and they need to register their weapons under their name. Only certain weapons can be used for it even for hunting people.
Other benefits of gun control are that all states offer courses and the right training to be able to use a hidden weapon. States provide one with the education and training to handle a hidden weapon. Another plus here in California about gun control is that people with a gun can not have it on them. All guns should be kept away from children and secured.
Following the 2nd amendment is one of the main gun control issues here in the United States. The 2nd amendment to the United States Constitution states that any person or citizen with an I.D. or a valid driver's license may buy a firearm. The amendment gives people the right in their home to have a fire weapon. Another problem with gun control is that even people who are not U.S. residents can still buy a gun. Some examples are there other ways to get a gun; former owner, online, stolen, an unlicensed vendor.
Despite gun control laws and the 2nd amendment of the U.S. constitution, some people might think there's no need for a gun law. The 2nd amendment states that in a licensed store, any person or citizen may buy a firearm. Others may even believe that if someone wanted to harm someone else, they would find a way to have a gun or even use such harmful things. Otherwise to suggest that offenders who want to hurt others don't care about any gun control laws that are put in place. In the United States, there have been many incidents where offenders have used unlicensed firearms or weapons in public places where others have been injured and sent to the emergency room. Many people may also claim that if they are linked to any kind of gang-related issues, the majority of people who are most likely to get or buy a gun illegally. The majority of people who are arrested with unregistered firearms are gang members and drug cartels. Not everyone is going to agree or disagree with gun control laws and how the second amendment grants citizens and residents the right to buy a weapon. Gun control laws can continue to improve or not depending on the shooting or killing incident that happens. The more controlled that people are with guns and other types of weapons the less amount of mass shootings and other harmful killings they may be.
Gun control has, and still has, an issue in the U.S. with people finding ways to buy weapons even when they are not protected by any of the standards. With the 2nd amendment in place allows residents and citizens holding a valid I.D. or driver's license to buy a firearm in a licensing department. The 2nd amendment allows them the right to buy a gun however, it does not permit them to do it in public. The law states that any weapon with a lock on it should be locked in a safe. It should be kept away from kids who don't have access to open it. California's gun control updates its requirements whenever there is a threatening situation affecting many of the public. California reviews the incident and examines what can be done to prevent it from happening again. Hiring standards and background checks on the people who purchase a gun will help prevent future tragedies from happening. Gun control will continue to improve its law to keep people who shouldn't be purchasing any weapons to be used in a wrongful madder. Backgrounds should constantly be updated to reassure the person who purchased a weapon has yet not committed any crimes that will hold against him to keep a gun in their household or anywhere else with them.
