In habit 2 we read about how we should live our life. In this habit writer asks us to imagine that we are at funeral it is not somebody else funeral but it’s our own funeral and all our love once are around us. You are waiting for program to start because you are eager to know what you’re loved once or speakers will going to say about you. You wanted to know that what sort of person you were for them what sort of character you had, what were the thing you had in your life so that people could remember you.
What it means: habit 2 can be applied in many situations. Here habit 2 actually means that one should set a goal or frame that where he or she wants to see themselves at the last stages of their life. From the beginning one should be clear about their destination, many time it happens that a person spend all his life in achieving success and victories but at the end they realize that those were not there real or actual achievement all these years they wasted running after unimportant things and the things that were valuable to them are left behind. If we make picture of our end we can easily manage every single day of our life.
All things are created twice: this principal means that first we imagine or make picture in our mind then go with physical act. For example before starting restaurant we first plan out, the place where we open it then its structure, its interior design after that items we will provide it. After planning we start act on it we buy or rent a place and then we start the construction work then we hire staff for it. In the same way we should first think or plan out destination that where we want to be and how we will achieve those goals then what are the strategies we are going to follow after that we start implement on those strategies in our daily life.
By design or default: If a person is not self-aware about its goals, destination or aims which is first creation then he or she is actually giving the powers to other to control their life or we can say second creation. If a person is aware that what he wants from his life he will make sure that he is aware of everything and can design his life on its rather than his family or boss is controlling it.
Leadership and management: this principal is based on personal leadership which we also can say it is the first creation. Management follows the leaders, management work hard do things right and effectively only if the leadership is doing right things. Management can easily climb the ladder of success only if the leadership known the ladder is placed on the right wall. For example if you are working in an organization you are managing your trade records and you are giving your employees salary on time and all other expenses you are managing well so it mean that you can also have good leadership quality you are making brave and extra ordinary decision for your organization so the point is it can be possible if are visualizing yourself constantly so it mean that you have your personal mission as you are challenging your inner contract which mean you have that ability that you as person and as organization what your organization need from you and you are full filling all that values. That you have mission life you are ambitious people without ambitious are considered useless in this world.
