Having a healthy lifestyle is not just important but beneficial. Adopting healthy habits has many benefits as it helps reduce stress, helps maintain energy levels throughout the day, helps avoid destructive behaviors, and even helps with managing time more efficiently. Adapting to a healthy lifestyle can even allow for a longer life expectancy and has proven to lower chances of heart disease and other serious health complications. This is a healthy lifestyle essay where I will try to reveal this topic. 

A healthy lifestyle helps reduce stress, but first identifying the stressors in your life and assessing the situations along with adopting new habits are the first steps to managing stress. Adapting a healthy diet helps with managing stress as well as it providing your body with fuel. This will give you the patience to better deal with the stressors in your life and assess what in your life is causing these stressors. A healthy diet also helps with maintaining energy throughout the day as you are feeding your body the right amount of fiber, protein and other nutrients to help you maintain not only your mental health but your stamina through the day. By adding the correct healthy habits in your life you may even avoid destructive behaviors, such as unhealthy eating patterns, fear to make serious changes and even postponing necessary changes. By adding a healthy diet and regular exercise into your day you will reap the benefits.

I would suggest starting to create a plan of when you would like to workout along with meal planning that includes at least five serving of vegetables. By implementing these changes you are setting yourself up for better time management skills. Creating a schedule for meals and physical activity enforces you to create time slots in the schedule to do other things such as homework, or house work. This allows one to stick a schedule helping with managing time more efficiently. By preparing meals in advance and creating a meal plan you are ensuring you are eating the correct food for your body to help maintain a healthy nutritional level. I suggest before meal prepping you do research on the foods you would like to include in your diet and make sure it's something that is good for your health and body.

Lastly, physical activity is important In a healthy lifestyle as it helps improve muscle strength and boost one's endurance. Exercises also provide oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. Overall exercises help with cardiovascular, lung, bone and tissue structure. This is something that can benefit you now and in the future.

We can help our bodies to recover from stressful periods more rapidly and minimise negative effects such as weight gain, destructive behaviors, and disease.
