Can Society Function Without Respect

No, society cannot function without respect. How can people live beside each other without respect. Most people have respect for their neighbors. If they didn’t, how could you children go see their grandparents? How could anyone go to church together without fighting or arguing? They couldn’t. We need to learn the “Rules Of Life” for only they can heal and keep society from crashing.

When people disrespect the laws, they might go to jail or even prison. Having respect for yourself and others can build up self-esteem. Having respect can put people at ease, it can get you a job, and can let people live and function together without a lot friction. Having respect and good manners relates to the golden rule, “Do to others as you would have others do to you.” One of the truest signs of maturity of being able to disagree with someone while still respecting them. If nobody could respect each other, how would the government run? How would cops or the military be able to stop crime? There are four main important words in life. Love, Honesty, Truth and Respect. Without those, there can and will be nothing in life. No family, no government, no nothing. Just a big crashing society. Respect is one of the most important things in life. Without respect, the world could not run. Without respect, cars would be crashed from no respect from others while driving. Houses and buildings would be burned from people fighting over personal respect.

People would be dead from fighting personal respect. There is no possible way that anyone or anything could live together if they don’t show respect. Respect makes people feel safe. Respect makes a person happy. Respect is the foundation of leading a society and having a society. Without it, there could be nothing.I see respect all the time, that’s what makes everything so easy to do and no one gets sad. If I ever saw someone get knocked over and there stuff is on the ground scattered all over, I would definitely help him pick it up. Because otherwise I would feel bad watching them pick it up all by themselves. Respect is just as important as food and shelter to mankind. Without it, what would happen? Without respect, we cannot trust our leaders such as the president or the mayor, or maybe even the school principal. Without respect, how can society move forward?

If everybody has respect for one another, the world would be a much better place. If i’m taking a job interview and i’m disrespectful, i will not be able to get the job. Respect is an essential part of life…It’s an unspoken way of communication which builds unshaken and strong relations between people respecting each other. When you show respect for someone, then it means you admire that person. His or hers advice and/or suggestions or important. It means that you respect what they are saying. True respect is not earned by bullying or breaking the law. Respect is earned by admiring what people say and how they act. If you argue with someone over whether you right or wrong, they will disrespect you and you will disrespect them. Having respect is not easy but it is something we need to master.

Respect also goes with having a good life and a good future. Respect is something that dates all the way back to Jesus’ time. He taught us to respect others. He also taught us to honor and respect him. People respect many different things whether it’s their boss, a significant other, or a family member or a friend. Even if you don’t like someone, Jesus says that “We are to them.” Many students respect the adults around them, just not the students around them. The bible proclaims, “ If they respect you, respect them. If they disrespect you, respect them. Do not allow the actions of others to decrease your good manners. Because you represent yourself, not others.” Without respect and compassion, we can’t have a country. Respecting someone states that we are assigning the same rights to that person as we have for ourself.
