Leadership & Its Types

A leader is people who show a team how to reach their goal without the distraction of any kind. Some people are born leader some are shaped by an outer force to be the best they can be in any way, some people are so determined to be the leader they become one without realizing it. There are 9 common types of the leader known as transformational, transactional, servant, autocratic, laissez-faire, democratic, bureaucratic, charismatic, and situational.

The transformational leader is people who are role models to their fellow team members. The transactional leader usually focuses on organizing the group and putting clear rules or institutions.

Servant leadership is people who like power-sharing authority, putting their team needs first and encouraging decision making. These people are known for putting the people first instead of the company putting the company in great danger but satisfying their employees.

Autocratic leadership is people who keep all the power for them self and rarely consider worker suggestions.

Laissez-faire leaders are people who try to leave it be, letting employees get on with tasks as they please. This helps the employees by giving a more creative environment.

The democratic leader is people who ask their team members before making a decision. These mean workers can also choose what they want but this also makes it the slower pace than normal most businesses or work.

A bureaucratic leader is people who help people follow the rules and carry out tasks by how it was asked. This works well for health and safety and helps increase the speed of workers at its office or place but lowering creativity and movement space for ideas.

Charismatic leaders are people which the group depends on more on the leader leaving the biggest choices so he or she but if the leader is gone the group would lose authority and fail to concentrate on the task at hand.

A situational leader is people who can adapt to most circumstances making them more superior. Some factors are the worker focus, how the team is the process of work or task and the difficulty of the tasks being done.

Ronald Reagan the 40 presidents once said: “when you can't make them see the light, make them feel the heat”. Ronald Reagan was born February 6, 1911, and died June 5, 2004. He was known mostly as the 40 presidents but he was also part of movies. The leader comes different way some really young like Ivan VI Antonovich of Russia he was only two months old when he became an emperor. There is an old leader like Mahathir bin Mohamad. He is still serving as a Prime Minister of Malaysia. He was born July ten 1925 making him nighty three years old. Some leader is president like Donald Trump being the forty-fifth president of the USA.

Some are the student in competition but all leader have one job to lead their team or people for a better future and reach their goal with great determination. Some leader is great some are just trash that you can't get rid of but all leader do the same job good or bad they can still do it. The earliest leader recorded is Enmebaragesi of Kish, who lived through c. 2600 BC he was a king. The person reading this could also be a leader. If it leading a company or just a composition it doesn't matter everyone needs a leader good or bad.
