My Motivation To Pursue My Education At A Graduate Level In The Field Of Mgm
No one is born perfect and I am not an exception but there are means through which one can achieve a state of near perfection. According to my academic and social backgrounds I have made my decision to pursue my education at a graduate level in the field of MGM, hoping that it would contribute to my ongoing progress.
Tracking the course of my life and finding the point where I found my interests is a process that dates back to my early childhood, during which I grew in a rather paradoxical family; however my perceptions of myself and my interests altered through time. Although all my relatives were traditional, my parents were almost mavericks, refusing to reside in their hometown and moving to Tehran, which is the capital of Iran. At significant decision caused their mind to mold in the way that they believe their children should grow up as an erudite person, unlike their cousins. Ergo, my family endeavored as hard as possible to provide me with learning facilities.
After finishing high school I choose to pursue my studies in philosophy at Tehran university which is ranked 1th in Iran overall. I began my study of philosophy when I first came to understand what is obvious to adults and yet is often the last lesson learned by children — other people could be justified in holding different beliefs. With this, I felt that since I had never considered the possibility that beliefs different from mine could be justified, even if my beliefs were true, I lacked justification for holding them. Then, I applied myself to studying the philosophical arguments surrounding some of my more closely-held beliefs. Despite passing some courses and even participating in some research projects didn’t seem to satiate my desires but surprisingly reading “Principles of Economics” (written by Gregory Mankiw) and enrolling in the principles of economics course contributed to creation of a critical turning point in my life. I was convinced that I have finally found an area of human knowledge which could actually satisfy me.
To continue my study in my filed for higher degrees I decided to manage my time to put myself in a good position in Konkoor for MSc Programs in Iran. In this way I reviewed all of major courses. Consequently in fall 2012 I was accepted in Tehran University to study business administration-insurance management (E-learning) and after two years I defended my Masters’ thesis. I would like to raise this point that E-learning educational program did not satisfy me. During my study, I have worked at the Kherad Roshan Part Information Technology Company on part time basis (25 hours per week) from June 2013, to present. In this respects, I have years of professional experience in managing marketing & sales projects. My background has involved running national promotional product tours, executing new product launch programs, developing marketing materials, produce product sales training presentations, as well as directing priority market selections for sales objectives all while developing strong relationships with these business associates, vendors & media outlets. After graduation, I was conscripted as a government staff in the department of biomaterial engineering at Tehran University instead of doing military service for 2 years. I started my work as a head of biomaterial laboratory. I worked closely with many of the students and professors in biomaterials group. Communication skills, hardworking, creativity and spirit of teamwork helped me to publish three papers in ISI journals in biomaterial field. It is also noteworthy to mention that all papers have been published in journals with high Quartile Scores (Q1).
