Personal Future Plans and Goals in Education

There was experience in my life that ahs showed what I really want to do in the future. Within the future plans and goals essay I will share some plans through personal experience of working as a teacher and what it has changed in my life. While working at school as teacher it gave me the opportunity was a very handy experience of my life. I really enjoy my work placements because it helped me to extend my theoretical and practical knowledge of working and adapting children of early age to high school. 

My role in school is not only to cover up the syllabus of the children I teach, but I believe that my prime task is to help my students, who are facing problem due to some or other reason and further to arrange the required activities as per their age in order to ease the pressure of academics by involving them in external activities such as singing, listening of jokes, also reading motivational stories and further sharing mine as well as their life experiences and thoughts in general and to always keep them involved through proper eye contact and giving them equal opportunity. It was my mesmerizing and motivating experience, as I absolutely loved working with the children. With each and every day when I used to wake up in the morning, I prayed to god and assigned myself the prime task that today with a very fresh start of the day and with all the positive energy spread around me, I will try to help each and every person whom I feel I can do so while listening to their problems and try to find out the best possible solution for it and even I if got the opportunity to learn even a simple thing from anybody, may be a child to a aged experience person, I will welcome it and try to adapt the positive thing from it and make it as a part of my life thought. Further my practical experience and exposure made me understand that becoming an teacher was the only thing that I always desired to do in my life.

I personally believe myself to be always enthusiastic and have a diligent approach toward work and as a person who always love to face challenging tasks and searching a proficient way to deal with it. I personally feel delighted in receiving and pay attention to children and the other staff members, further take into consideration any sort of opinions and suggestion they provide to me. As these consideration & suggestion will in turn help me to improve and enhance my skills and further it will help me to tackle the problem areas which I have to work out in order to be a good teacher. I have a strong opinion that while working as a professional teacher persons should have a decent communication skills as it is almost crucial while working as a part of team and particularly where the children are involved. In my free time, I love to involve with my friend and known through social media, listening music, reading new Books and spending time with kids. I always enjoy to be part of the extra circular activates in Scholl such as annual sports, debate and quiz competitions as required at that time I feel proud to help the children to achieve there goals.

My future plans are to do my higher studies master’s degree from reputed university, Masters in Early Childhood Studies or education. My intentions to pursue this course is very clear that after attaining the masters in education, I will be able to enhance the proper skills, experience & knowledge as required to be a good professional and a well-educated fulltime teacher in any reputed school setup in India or abroad. Secondly, after attaining this degree I would be friendly with the well-organized, planned, maintained and properly regulated school setups of abroad and which will help me throughout my life in near future to apply the learned skill and positive things and the possible practical application of it, no matter where I work in future. And lastly this degree will be a mile stone in my life to achieve my future goal of attaining a Doctorate in education. I am looking forward to join this specific course in university because this will allow me to pursue the better prospective career in life that I think and I will find the most fulfilling. To secure admission in this program, I appeared for academic IELTS and scored 7.0 bands overall with no band less than 6.5 individually in each module.

Further as I recall, from my youngster days set a goal for myself to become a teacher and wanted to play a significant role in children’s education in the society no matter where I live in. As while growing up in India, I personally found that the children of my age or even of other ages either failed to get proper education due to their personal circumstances and lack of basic infrastructural facilities. Even since then it particularly became my passion and ambition to help such children and today also I provide free tuition classes from my home to such needy children. Even in future whenever I will get the opportunity in my life, after completion of my study, I will love to help and guide the needy ones in order to accomplish what they want in their life, as I believe that every help counts in such cases. It has been always enormously significant for me to enjoy whatever I do, can be at study or even at work, and to be a good professional and it matters me a lot in my life. I have chosen to apply for this course because I consider myself to be a very maternal person and I believe this work to be enormously rewarding and satisfactory. Therefore I am expecting to pursue a career with young children, preferably those aged from 5 to 18 years old.
