Profile Of Self And Organizational Effectiveness

I am a gentle person. I believe everyone is equal and I respect everyone. Other people who are known to know almost everything about me like what I believe I am. Yes, but there are some of the secrets that I am having and I think every person have some of secrets. Also there are some of the things that I don’t know about myself which I come to know when my known one’s tell me about that. Like my gesture, my emotions which make me a weak as a person but I don’t know about. I believe in honesty and loyalty. Mostly I live in happy and cheerful mood. Physically I am a skinny boy. I am of very nature. I care for my known ones. I am a music lover. I believe that every person should do what he/she believes do not follow anyone.

For me to be a good son and good brother and friend is most important along with good person to. I this assignment I have discovered many new things about me like what are the lack points in me as well as the strong point or the qualities in me. As per the feedback that I get from my known ones I come to know what aspects i need to work upon. After some time by working on the aspect I will again conduct a feedback for myself from my known persons then I will come to know how much I have improved myself and Is now the thinking of mine about myself is matches with the others as well or not.

Organizational Effectiveness

Self-Awareness is very curtail thing that a person life. A person should aware of what he/she is like what are the strengths and weaknesses of him/her. Self-Awareness is important because if a person knows what are the strengths or weakness he/she can take an action for the improvement of the weak points that they have or can improve those lacks. Self-Awareness gives an idea to person what he/she can do or not. If a person is self-aware he/she can find him/her self as a unique one. Self-Awareness is directly connected to our behaviour. If a person is self-aware then he/she knows what he/she need to talk if they are interacting with other person.

For Example If an Employ who is a developer in a company is meeting with a person who is the client who wants to make an mobile app and he/she is going to give the contract to the company the employ will talk about the thing in which he is good in. Means if the employ is self aware what are the strengths and the weaknesses of him/her then he/she will convince the client according to the positive points that he/she will do perfectly. Like if the client what to make the mobile app for the android phone the developer is good in react(which is a developing software), the developer will give the brief of react to the client and the benefits of using react to the client so that the client get convinced to give the project contract to the company. This is only possible if the employ is self aware.

Also for the Organizational effectiveness if the company or an association know the strengths, the resources of the association they can grew very fast without wasting the energy, money and more. Every company take the look up for the resources, strengths and weakness of the company in order to improve the quality of the product that they are producing. If one who is self-aware can make/influence the other person to also be self-aware. Make the other person understand the importance of self-awareness. So that the other one also start working on his/her self-awareness.
