Introduction

Aim and objective

Main objective is to create awareness about the disease, provide basic information and help diagnose it based on the symptoms. The bot cannot replace the need of doctors but it can help provide basic information before visiting one.

Motivation

Chatbot is a growing field in Artificial Intelligence. AI has shown unprecedented growth since its beginning. This field matched our interest and led us to develop something in chatbots. Our motive behind choosing the healthcare domain was it would help users have a basic understanding about the disease before visiting a doctor.

Problem specification

To reduce the need to visit doctors frequently for minor issues. In the case, when it is necessary to visit the doctor, to have a basic understanding in prior. And help the users remind them about their medication schedule and check-up appointments.

Chatbots

In one aspect, the invention concerns a method of operating a chatbot to engage in a conversation with a correspondent the method comprises building a profile having plural profile variables for the correspondent; and during the conversation with the correspondent; selecting a node in the conversation data structure for processing based on the one or more profile variables, and processing the node to follow a conversation path based on the node's coded instructions and/or relationship with other nodes. In another aspect, the method comprises the steps of attempting to match the received input message with a node in the conversation data structure of the chatbot; if a matched node is found, selecting the matched node for processing; but if a matched node is not found, selecting a node for processing using a fuzzy search, or using a default procedure.

Chatbot System and Method Having Auto-Select Input Message with Quality Response

A candidate message chatbot system and method. The chatbot includes an interactive dialog interface for engaging in a chat session with a user. The user can enter one or more characters as an input message during the chat session. The chatbot can match the one or more characters with a plurality of candidate messages in a knowledge database, the plurality of candidate input messages being part of input/output knowledge entry or known to generate at least a quality response.

Personalized Chatbots for Inmates

A communication system for providing a positive communication to an inmate is provided. The communication system includes memory that stores data, and an application server that that analyzes that data to determine topics that are important to the inmate. The application server includes a topic rating system to rate the topics based on importance to the inmate and based on an emotional tone used by the inmate during a communication. When the application server receives a question from the inmate, the application server searches the data and the Internet and responds based on the answer and the data stored in memory. The application server also provides support to the inmate by suggesting counselling services according to the needs of the inmate. Further, the communication system provides a positive influence to the inmate to encourage educational progression.

Dynamic Chatbot

Disclosed is a novel system and process for presenting a customized chatbot. The transaction in one example is a sales the user or customer. The information includes demographic party, or a combination of both. A chatbot is presented on the Related U. S. Application Data document of an entity selling a good or a service. The messaging window is customized to the end user based on the demographic information of the first party, or the behavioural information of the first party or a combination of both. Personalizing Data System Components and Data Sources as Chatbots in a Group Chat Session

Provided are techniques for personalizing data system components and data sources as chatbots in a group chat session. A social media gateway interface with a chat adapter for a chat application is provided. One or more chatbots that each represents a corresponding component of a data system are created. The one or more chatbots and the chatbot adapter are filed on used to manage each corresponding component of the data system.

With the world moving towards automation, it will be helpful in the medical sector for people suffering from diabetes or to anyone who wants to take precautions so as to not get affected. The chatbot provides information about types, symptoms, precautions, causes and gives a general idea about diabetes. It is also helpful for reminding about the upcoming check-ups and medication schedule. It will help reduce the need of contacting a qualified individual for minor issues.
