Career plays a very fundamental and significant role in the life of individual and society. It determine the pattern of income distribution among individuals and also affect the individual personality and concepts in life. A career choice is a decision that most human beings make sometime in their lives; it is a decision that should be carefully considered since it can affect the rest of a person's life. Some children from the specific type of career indoctrination often fail to achieve their goals while only a handful live to accomplish the desires of their parents in terms of their wishes.
