The paper further ranges around building a strong relationship within the company and significance of social skills which is helpful in communicating as well as listening to others and compares the two type of distinct characters called as Type A and Type B psyche based on their nature and way of dealing things. Lastly, it focuses on leadership and the hallmark of being a commander with the ability to take the team together aiming towards a group win.

It is not necessary that the individual and organizations value always match. These two aspects lead to a substantial discord called as the generational and cultural differences. The major variations among the groups are tradionalists, baby boomers, generation Xers, and the millennials. Traditionalists lie in the range of 1928 and 1945, which form a very less ratio in working environment. They are amazingly steadfast and appreciate being regarded for that.
